Spencer Pratt lost his home in the Palisades Fire. Then he ran for mayor on one message: Karen Bass failed the Palisades. More than 200,000 voters believed him. Now the mayor’s political life is in their hands. Pratt didn’t mince words. He accused city leaders of “criminal negligence.” He said they “let us burn.” On the debate stage he called Bass “an incredible liar,” and afterward he described standing next to her as being near “a real life monster.” SNIP The new California Post survey, conducted Oct. 15-18 by McLaughlin & Associates among 400 likely voters, has the headline numbers...

**SNIP** Agents with U.S. Homeland Security Investigations, a branch of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, searched Omar's home before dawn Oct. 12 under a sealed warrant listing conspiracy, false statements on immigration paperwork, and immigration fraud as potential crimes, a person familiar with the case told Reuters. Investigators are examining whether Omar or her late father lied about her age when she became a citizen in 2000, CNN reported. As of Thursday, Omar has denied wrongdoing and has not been charged. Dershowitz said the warrant itself tells a story. Of search warrants, he said, "usually they're issued pretty easily, but not...

Data from this fall’s early balloting and interviews with officials and voters suggests Americans, particularly Democrats, are moving away from mailing ballots and toward in-person voting and drop boxes, following President Donald Trump’s relentless attack on voting by mail.Requests for mail ballots are down compared with the last midterm election in six of eight states analyzed by Michael McDonald, a University of Florida professor who is the leading authority on early voting data. In Georgia, he found, requests for mail ballots are down 40 percent, while in-person early voting is “through the roof.” In Wisconsin, mail voting is down compared...

A man who has “transitioned” into a “woman”—it’s legitimately hard to even write that with a straight face—claims that not Jesus, not salvation, not even anything remotely related to God’s word, but his “transgenderism” is actually the bread given to him by God. What is he talking about, you ask? This man, who is now ordained in the Church of England and goes by “Rev. Sarah Hobbs,” speaking at the 2026 “Love Wins Conference” last week, references Matthew 7:9—“if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone?” Hobbs explains that he had been praying and asking God to...

The majority of the 40 defendants federally prosecuted for their roles in Oregon SNAP fraud schemes are illegal immigrants, the US Attorney's Office for the District of Oregon confirmed to The Post Millennial. The schemes involved numerous organized interstate crime rings that have defrauded the federal government of more than $3 million since at least 2024. The fraudsters stole EBT card data, mainly through skimming devices, to procure SNAP-eligible goods and sell them on the black market for personal gain, according to court documents. At least 11 individuals have been indicted since last month, Oregon US Attorney Scott Bradford announced...

Republican Rick Jackson is sounding the alarm over sluggish early voting across deep-red rural Georgia, warning that complacency in GOP strongholds could jeopardize his bid for governor. At a campaign stop Tuesday night in Calhoun, the billionaire nominee was surprisingly candid about his party’s struggles. “I’m concerned,” he said. “I am concerned that rural Georgia still thinks we’re red and therefore they look at somebody like myself and my opponent and just say, ‘Well, there’s no comparison.’” His worry is that reliable Republican voters are taking victory over Democrat Keisha Lance Bottoms for granted. Democratic-leaning areas are far outpacing GOP-leaning...

- A federal appeals court on Thursday vacated a ruling that blocked Mississippi's ban on diversity, equity and inclusion programs in public schools, reassigning the case away from a district court judge who had acknowledged that a key ruling contained AI-generated errors. The New Orleans-based 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals threw out, opens new tab the preliminary injunction against the state law and reassigned the civil rights lawsuit to a different district judge for further review.

Authorities said White asked whether specific firearms could penetrate ballistic vests, then allegedly said she would target agents heads if she could not...

Western governments have put themselves in mortal danger. They are actively doing things that are destroying their countries: (1) replacing their native citizens with unassimilable foreigners; (2) centralizing government power in unelected and unaccountable bureaucracies; (3) censoring and criminalizing public dissent; (4) offshoring industrial and manufacturing jobs; (5) exacerbating energy costs and general inflation by demonizing hydrocarbons and pushing “global warming” delusions; (6) increasing taxes, government spending, and public welfare in unsustainable ways; (7) demolishing their nations’ historical identities, traditions, beliefs, and common cultures; (8) providing foreigners with “free” homes, food, and educations, while accusing native citizens of being “racists,”...

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg intends to maintain control over the company he founded in 2004, and a new class of stock will help him do just that. On Wednesday as Meta released third-quarter earnings results, the company announced that it would issue a new share class of Class C stock. The share class, which is technically a one-for-one stock dividend of new Class C shares, will be distributed to all shareholders. It was conceived following months of extensive negotiations that grew contentious at times between Zuckerberg and board members, including DoorDash CEO Tony Xu, Ambassador Robert Kimmitt, and ex–Microsoft executive...

French economist Gabriel Zucman has come to California bearing a familiar French solution to a fiscal problem: another tax. Once based at the University of California, Berkeley, Zucman is back and campaigning for Proposition 40, which would impose an allegedly one-time 5 percent tax on the net worth of Californians worth more than $1 billion. Zucman, who coauthored the proposition, estimates that the tax could raise about $100 billion and claims that 90 percent of the proceeds would go to health care. The California Legislative Analyst's office is far more cautious, saying it would raise only "tens of billions" and...
