The federal government consistently downplays evidence that armed, law-abiding citizens can stop public mass-casualty attacks. Those who manipulate crime data can shape the political debate. The Trump administration has reversed some serious data manipulation that occurred during the Biden administration when it comes to crime. At the request of gun control advocates, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) removed data from its website. The Trump administration has now restored the data, but it went a step further, correcting an important error in the original post. That correction is a major accomplishment. But there are problems with data at...

Kelly, who was appointed to the bench in Trump’s first term, did not announce his decision on the media outlet’s request for a long-term order that would maintain their access to the White House while their legal challenge plays out. But the judge repeatedly told Justice Department attorney defending the ban Thursday that he was bound by DC Circuit precedent – including the precedent...

Corporate media have giddily elevated a leftist-led protest outside the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday that occurred while the justices heard arguments in a battle over Democrats’ climate lawfare. But the real story surrounding this kerfuffle centers around several of the demonstration’s participants and their involvement in the case. In Suncor v. Boulder, the high court will determine the fate of a lawsuit brought by Boulder, Colorado, against Suncor Energy companies and Exxon Mobil. The locality is seeking monetary damages based on allegations that the oil giants’ activities are contributing to “climate change,” which is harming its residents. The New...

The European Union is financing a conference, #Disinfo2026, that delivers an extraordinary rebuke to the Trump administration by claiming the US is engaged in “foreign information manipulation and interference” (FIMI). EU DisinfoLab, a Brussels nonprofit, is holding its annual conference in Vilnius, Lithuania, which began yesterday and continues today. Its program lists a session titled “USA as a FIMI threat: acknowledge, adapt, push back,” and billed three Americans as speakers: Adam Fivenson of American University, the former CIA officer who writes as Alex Finley, and Emerson Brooking of the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab. The session description asked, “how...

Voters who backed Democratic former Vice President Kamala Harris in 2024 are far more enthusiastic about casting ballots this November than those who supported President Donald Trump, a Reuters/Ipsos poll found, in a potential warning sign for Republicans heading into the midterm elections. The six-day poll, completed Monday, also found that men were more enthusiastic about voting and more certain to cast ballots than women, and that male voters showed signs of shifting toward Democrats. That could signal erosion in Republican support among a demographic that was a pillar of Trump's 2024 victory. Some 48% of 2024 Harris voters said...

Barack Obama is facing a fresh humiliation at his 'eyesore' presidential center with workers slamming the project's bosses and moving to unionize just months after it opened. In a letter to colleagues this week, staff at the Chicago library said they were organizing a union due to the institute's 'increasing workloads' and benefit rollbacks. Workers have grown frustrated with leadership at Obama's foundation after their concerns were met with 'vague responses,' according to the letter, first shared by the Chicago Sun-Times. Issues with workloads and benefits have led to a 'high turnover rate' among employees, with many more 'continuing to...

I wonder whether Zohran Mamdani has ever read Shakespeare or sticks mainly to Karl Marx. If he has ever dabbled in the Bard, he may know the idiom “hoist with his own petard.” In Hamlet, a petard was a crude medieval explosive used to blow open castle gates, and the unlucky engineer was the one launched skyward. That is precisely where this tard finds himself today, lifted by the very cause he weaponized, which now seeks to destroy him. After the Marxist, maleficent, Muslim mayor of New York City ostentatiously attended an October 7 vigil mourning the Israelis slaughtered that...

On Wednesday, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani sparked outrage with a statement that opened with a brief nod to those killed in the October 7, 2023, Hamas terrorist attack but devoted most of its length to accusing Israel of genocide. The statement began, “This day is profoundly painful for so many New Yorkers. It marks three years since the horrific war crimes of October 7. On that day, Hamas killed more than 1,100 Israelis and abducted 251 others.” Then he turned to Israel-bashing: “The suffering did not begin nor end that day. It instead continued through the Israeli government’s...
