No student should be threatened with discipline for saying what is true, that God made us male and female’ The pronoun police at the University of California were just sidelined. But are they lurking elsewhere in the Golden State? In response to a free speech lawsuit filed by the grassroots organization Defending Education, a federal judge this month enjoined the University of California from enforcing the component of its sexual harassment policy that punishes students for the so-called misgendering of classmates. Namely, using pronouns and names that comport with biological realities. So men can still wear dresses on UC campuses;...

Okay, I’m going to talk about Green Lantern again. The silly superhero, and what DC Studios is doing with that character, that franchise. It’s going to be one of those days, so be warned. About a month ago, I talked about The Green Lantern Show, a.k.a. Lanterns on HBO. Which is part of this new DC Universe they’re trying to establish, which launched with Superman last year. That reboot. (Technically, it launched with something called Creature Commandos, an HBO cartoon based on some obscure DC characters. Basically, monsters who fight for the United States. But nobody watched that.) Anyway, they’re...

To the honorable people of the United States of America—the scholars, the students, and the members of the media, We begin this letter by saluting the noble souls of God’s greatest prophets—Noah, Abraham,Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad, may His peace and blessings be upon them all. … …it should be fairly obvious that the phrase "Death to America," which Iranians have been chanting since the triumph of the Islamic Revolution… is a prayer for the eradication of the diabolical ruling elite whose seat of power is the White House. The men enthroned at the White House oppress both Iranians and Americans....

Leo XIV in France: Which Christianity Is the Vatican Now Promoting? Pope Leo XIV’s apostolic journey to France appears as a call to awaken hope and recover Europe’s Christian roots, but in substance it reveals the adoption of a horizontal and multilateral humanism, in which the Catholic faith is reduced to an ethical and social force at the service of a pacified and desacralized global coexistence.Pope Leo XIV’s journey to France, from September 25 to 28, was received by the media and the world at large as a major pastoral success. The press, both French and international, particularly highlighted the...

Minnesota Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan (D) is narrowly leading her Republican opponent, former NFL sideline reporter Michele Tafoya, in a new poll in the state’s U.S. Senate race. The InsiderAdvantage survey found that 46 percent of likely voters in the state supported Flanagan, while Tafoya garnered 45 percent support. Matt Towery, a pollster with InsiderAdvantage, called the survey results “unusual” for a race in a blue-leaning state, noting outgoing Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s (D) waning approval ratings and a widespread fraud scandal in the state as possible contributing factors to this close race. “Tafoya does extremely well with men and...

WASHINGTON — The Justice Department announced charges Wednesday against 10 foreign nationals accused of illegally registering to vote and then casting ballots in Minnesota. Attorney General Todd Blanche told reporters that illegal aliens from Brazil, Ghana and Liberia falsely claimed US citizenship to vote in the 2022 midterm elections, the 2024 elections and some primary elections earlier this year. “Voter fraud erodes the public’s trust in our electoral system, and it’s vital to our democratic process that we do everything that we can to restore that trust,” Blanche said. “The most basic way the Department of Justice can accomplish this...

The compensation system built to fail Americans Two Americans can suffer serious injuries after receiving federally protected vaccines and find themselves in two entirely different systems of justice. One may enter a compensation program that has paid roughly half of the petitions it has adjudicated. The other may enter a program that has compensated fewer than one in a hundred decided COVID-19 vaccine claims. Neither person chose the system. Neither person was likely told there were two very different systems for vaccine injuries before rolling up a sleeve. Congress chose what compensation they would encounter if injured, years before either...
