Jeremy Clarkson says he believes the government has a “sinister plan” to “ethnically cleanse” the British countryside of farmers to make way for “immigrant towns”. The Clarkson’s Farm star, who has been vocal about chancellor Rachel Reeves’s moves to bump up his inheritance tax bill, wrote in The Sun to criticise what he believes is a gross mistreatment of the agricultural sector. Under plans outlined by the chancellor, inheritance tax thresholds will be extended for two more years until 2030, allowing the first £325,000 of any estate to remain tax-free before being taxed at 40 per cent. Farmers argue they...

Results are now being posted, including Philadelphia.Overall lead has narrowed to 34,881 or a 0.51% difference, still outside the margin for an automatic recount. The liberal Washington Post is out with a story today about how to leave the United States and live in another country. It’s one of their top stories for today. As the Gateway Pundit recently pointed out, we have been down this road before, but the people who claim they want to leave rarely follow through and actually do it in the end. Threatening to leave the country because Trump won the presidency seems to be some sort of rite of passage on the left. The most read story on the Washington Post right now is a how to guide...

Former U.S. Rep. Michael Grimm, a New York Republican who resigned from Congress following a tax fraud conviction, is paralyzed from the chest down after being thrown from a horse during a polo tournament, according to friends who are raising funds to pay for the ex-lawmaker's medical care. Grimm, 54, suffered the devastating injury in September and is now being treated at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in New Jersey, where the late actor Christopher Reeve was treated after a similar equestrian accident in 1995, according to Vincent Ignizio, a friend of Grimm's who is a former New York City...

A week after the election, Pennsylvania's US Senate race remains a very close call. Since last Tuesday, a lot has happened: The AP projected McCormick as the winner, but Casey did not concede. Both candidates have released several statements. On Friday, McCormick filed a lawsuit against the Philadelphia Board of Elections and three city commissioners over provisional ballots. The counting continues in Philadelphia and Allegheny County - and the margin remains razor thin. US Senate: Bob Casey vs Dave McCormick CURRENT TOTAL | As of Tuesday morning, with 98% of the ballots counted, McCormick has 49% of the vote while...

The archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, has announced that he will step down after facing mounting pressure to quit over his handling of an abuse scandal. Pressure on Welby has been intensifying since the publication last week of a damning report on the church’s cover-up of John Smyth’s abuse in the UK in the late 1970s and early 80s, and later in Zimbabwe and South Africa. About 130 boys are believed to have been victims. The independent Makin review into the abuse concluded that he might have been brought to justice had the archbishop formally reported it to police a...

Two home invasions, one in Texas and the other in Florida, were thwarted this past weekend when armed citizens acted to save themselves from violent intruders. On Friday evening, police in DeSoto, Texas were called out to a home after a woman frantically called 911 to report a strange man carrying a handgun was trying to break into her home. The 911 operator could hear screaming and yelling on the call as the man, later identified as Octavio Flores Mondragon, attempted to force his way in through the garage, and several neighbors simultaneously called 911 about reported gunshots, the release...

A drone fired by Hezbollah from Lebanon into northern Israel landed near a kindergarten near Haifa on Monday, but did not cause any injuries because the children had been hiding in a bomb shelter, despite the lack of nearby sirens. The Times of Israel reported: A drone from Lebanon exploded next to a kindergarten in the northern town of Nesher on Tuesday, shattering windows and scattering debris across the outdoor play area. Although there was no warning siren in the Haifa suburb, the staff, aware of alerts nearby, had moved the children into the facility’s bomb shelter as a precaution....

President-elect Donald Trump should keep the U.S. involved in global efforts to address climate change, Exxon Mobil CEO Darren Woods said Tuesday. Trump should try to bring a “common sense” approach to the annual U.N. Climate Change Conference and “continue to have the U.S. influence policy around the world,” Woods told CNBC Tuesday. Woods spoke from the climate conference, which kicked off this week in Baku, Azerbaijan. Exxon has plans to invest $20 billion through 2027 in carbon capture and storage technology, hydrogen fuel, and lithium mining in the U.S. for electric vehicle batteries. Woods told CNBC on Tuesday that...

World leaders are converging Tuesday at the United Nations annual climate conference in Baku, Azerbaijan although the big names and powerful countries are noticeably absent, unlike past climate talks which had the star power of a soccer World Cup. But 2024's COP29 climate talks are more like the International Chess Federation world championship, lacking the recognizable names but big on nerd power and strategy. The top leaders of the 13 largest carbon dioxide-polluting countries will not appear. Their nations are responsible for more than 70% of 2023's heat-trapping gases. “The people who are responsible for this are absent,” said Belarus...

Melania Trump is not expected to attend the traditional White House meeting with first lady Jill Biden, sources familiar with her plans said. It’s a decision that underscores Melania Trump’s long-held willingness to buck tradition as she prepares to retake the high-profile – but unelected – role of first lady, one with no manual and an automatic global platform. The sources cited a prior scheduling conflict for the former first lady related to her newly released memoir. One source said the decision had not been finalized. Jill Biden extended Melania Trump the customary invitation last week as her husband also...

Russia has suffered its deadliest day of the war in Ukraine so far, with 1,950 soldiers killed in just 24 hours, according to the Ukrainian army. Vladimir Putin's losses in the war against Ukraine are piling up after thousands of Russian soldiers died in the last two days alone, with 1,770 soldiers being killed on Sunday and another 1,950 on Monday. The record number of 1,950 troops dying within a day serves as fresh humiliation for Putin after his two-day Kursk counter offensive on the weekend ended with 28 tanks blown up and 100 troops killed, according to reports. Footage...

Melania Trump declined an offer to head to the White House Wednesday and meet with Jill Biden, citing the Biden administration’s raid on Mar-a-Lago as part of the federal government’s investigation into classified documents. “She ain’t going,” a source familiar with Melania’s decision told The Post. “Jill Biden’s husband authorized the FBI snooping through her underwear drawer. The Bidens are disgusting,” the source said. “Jill Biden isn’t someone Melania needs to meet,” the source added. Melania’s husband, President-elect Donald Trump, will sit with President Biden in the Oval Office Wednesday for a traditional post-election meeting.

Former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly predicted President-elect Trump will face no Republican opposition in Congress now that he has GOP control of the House and Senate. O’Reilly called it a “unique time in history” that would give the former president a “free-fire zone” to implement his agenda. He told NewsNation’s “On Balance” that there won’t be “one Congressperson now that will be in dissent on the Republican side,” though he noted Democratic lawmakers likely wouldn’t support any Trump initiatives. O’Reilly compared Trump’s potential second term to former President Grover Cleveland, the only other nonconsecutive president, but noted Cleveland faced...
  • Now That the Election is Over, the Biden/Harris Plea Deal for 9/11 Jihadis is Back - When a regime hates America.

Is the Biden-Harris regime stocked with people who hate America? Here’s more evidence. It got little notice while all the focus was on the race for the presidency, and besides, it happened and then didn’t happen so quickly. Back in late July, the mastermind of the 9/11 jihad attacks that murdered nearly three thousand people and sent America into the spiral of decline and confusion that has brought us to the present situation, along with two of his henchmen, was given a sweetheart plea deal that would spare them the death penalty. Then just two days later, Biden/Harris Defense Secretary...
