There were 31% higher deaths in the vax group in the "gold standard" Phase 3 clinical trials. How do we know that none of those deaths were caused by the vaccine? Because Pfizer said so. No evidence. Executive summary.. There were 31.2% higher deaths in the "gold standard" Pfizer Phase 3 clinical trials. There is only one way to know whether or not the vaccine caused any of the deaths in the 21 vaccinated patients who died: proper histopathology. Pfizer never did it and the FDA never asked for it. This was the biggest mistake in the pandemic and nobody...

A new study links excess soy consumption to lower sperm count A study has linked excess soy consumption to low sperm count in men. Soy is a powerful phytoestrogen that has found its way into the average American’s diet. As soy is a versatile high-protein alternative to meat, the fact that it is cheap to produce has enabled soy to find its way into most processed foods. For those concerned about processed food, harmful endocrine disrupting chemicals such as Glyphosate is used to drench soy and other crops — and are added to processed foods and used for livestock feed....

(Daily readings from the USCCB)And it happened that, while he was with them at table, he took bread, said the blessing, broke it, and gave it to them. With that their eyes were opened and they recognized him, but he vanished from their sight. Then they said to each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he spoke to us on the way and opened the Scriptures to us?” Luke 24:30–31Two of Jesus’ disciples had been discussing the events of the past week as they walked the seven-mile journey along the road from Jerusalem to Emmaus. They previously...

WASHINGTON, Saturday, April 11. The Richmond Whig of Friday is received. It gives the following further particulars of the attack on Charleston: CHARLESTON, Wednesday, April 8 -- 8 P.M. All is quiet, thus far, to-day. The people and troops are in high spirits at the result of yesterday's fight. The Keokuk is certainly sunk. The fighting between the iron-clads and our forts was chiefly at a distance of nine hundred yards. The Monitors cannot pass Fort Sumter without coming within five hundred yards of our batteries. The impression is very general that the enemy will renew the attack after repairing...

US Core inflation keeps rising despite The Federal Reserve slowing M2 Money growth and raising The Fed Funds Targget rate as The Fed plays catch up from Janet Yellen’s “Too Low For Too Long” monetary policies under Obama. And she was … negligent. US Core Inflation (Core CPI YoY) rose to 5.6% in March despite The Fed cranking up their target rate and rapidly withdrawing M2 Money. Here is the CPI report for March. At least energy prices are down, but shelter is up 8.2% YoY and food is up 8.5% YoY. One reason that core inflation is still rising...

"Overall consumer price gains cooled last month, though underlying measures continued to show sticky inflation pressure, according to government data released on Wednesday. Why it matters: The consumer price index rose 0.1% in March, a much slower pace than the 0.4% gain in the prior month. But the inflation gauge that strips out volatile food and energy costs continued to rise at a quick pace."

TRUMP: You have a very ambitious guy in California. But he’s done a terrible job with the state. I used to get along great with him, you know, when I was president. Got along really good, Gavin.CARLSON: Wait, you got along with Gavin Newsom? TRUMP: I did. I really did. He was always very nice to me. Said the greatest things. He would say things like, “He’s doing a great job.”CARLSON: About you?TRUMP: About me. That’s why I could never hit him because he was so nice to me. He’s just laying in wait. But he was very nice to...

A Florida woman's pet chihuahua was officially named the world's shortest dog living by Guinness World Records at a height of only 3.59 inches. Pearl, a dog belonging to Orlando resident Vanesa Semler, was officially measured by veterinarian Giovanni Vergel and confirmed to be the shortest dog living. The shortest dog ever, a dwarf Yorkshire terrier owned by British man Arthur Marples, was measured at 2.8 inches tall before his death in 1945.

My previous post discussed a few aspects of the just-issued Tesla Report with the title “Sustainable Energy for All of Earth.” Today, I’ll poke around at a couple more. If you were to try to read this Report (not recommended) you will quickly find your head spinning in a sea of numbers the significance of which is completely unclear. Was that last number expressed in kilowatts, megawatts, gigawatts, terawatts or petawatts? Is it big or small? Reasonable or completely absurd? It’s quite difficult to tell without some context. So let me try to provide some of that. You probably know...

How to Blow Up a Pipeline is a Brisk Thriller and a Passionate Argument for Revolution The Fictionalization of Andreas Malm’s 2021 Manifesto Asks How Far We Should Go to Fight Climate Destruction and Injustice By Olivia Rutigliano April 7, 2023 The central thesis of Andreas Malm’s manifesto How to Blow Up a Pipeline: Learning to Fight in a World on Fire is that peaceful protests have proven themselves ineffective in stopping the widespread annihilation of the earth and its inhabitants by climate change. The book, published by Verso Books in 2021, explains that the only available option is to...

Below is my column in the Hill on the Tennessee controversy over the expulsion of two Tennessee legislators. Liberal members and pundits have lionized the two legislators who shutdown the proceedings while declaring the GOP “fascists.” The controversy perfectly captured our increasingly amplified age of rage. Here is the column: Nobel Laureate Albert Camus once said, “Insurrection is certainly not the sum total of human experience but … it is our historic reality.” Those words came to mind this week when Tennessee’s House of Representatives expelled two members accused of disrupting legislative proceedings in what some called an “insurrection” or...

An in-development COVID-19 nasal vaccine that contains a live but weakened coronavirus outperformed several other types of shots in a preclinical study — suggesting that there may be a less painful and more effective way to protect against COVID-19. The challenge: More than 30 COVID-19 vaccines have been authorized for use in at least one country, and while they’re all designed to help the immune system recognize the coronavirus so that it can stop an infection, they do so in a variety of ways. The mRNA vaccines, for example, deliver instructions that teach our cells to make the coronavirus’ spike...

Tennessee Republicans have shown that fighting back against the left is not simply a matter of will. Sometimes, tough action matters less than savvy maneuvers. Last week, the Tennessee state House expelled two Democrats for disrupting a legislative session. The move was meant to quell protests that have turned the state capitol into a circus following the Covenant School shooting. But the expulsions had the opposite effect, encouraging more aggressive protests and turning the expelled representatives into international darlings. Republicans even failed to remove the white lawmaker who helped the protests, giving the Left a “southern racist” angle to spin....
