Results from the Phase II NRG-GOG-0279 clinical study indicate that women with locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva who received gemcitabine concurrently with cisplatin and intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) exhibited increased rate of pathologic complete responses (pCR). [Catholic Caucus] Cardinal: St Paul Knew "Nothing" About HomosexualityWhen the Church's teaching on homosexuality was “created” [by God] “the concept of homosexuality did not even exist,” Luxembourg's Cardinal Hollerich told the Croatian Glas-koncila.hr (March 27), making a fool out of himself.Croatia is still relatively Catholic. Homosexualists are trying to corrupt such relatively unpolluted areas.According to Hollerich, homosexuality is a "new word" [but an old concept]. He wants his audience to believe that people in St. Paul's time had "no idea" that homosexuality existed, despite the fact that St Paul strongly condemns this vice as do many ancient philosophers.Hollerich believes that...

The United States State Department website says: “Israel has no greater friend than the United States.” If this is true, Israel has no friends at all. In February, Joe Biden (and the power behind him, Barack Obama) demonstrated in two obvious ways his enmity toward the Jewish state. In February, for the first time since late in Obama’s second term as president, the U.S. betrayed Israel at the United Nations Security Council. No sooner had word emerged that a Nashville Christian school had been attacked by a mass shooter on Monday than the Left began dissembling about guns again. The shift from “thoughts and prayers” to “grab the guns from law-abiding gun owners!” occurred at hypersonic speed. And it was all wrong. To save time, here’s a simple request by people who believe in the right to bear arms, which is explicitly guaranteed in the United States Constitution and is a God-given right. Stop lying. Try. It’s not that hard, and someone’s life depends on it. First, let’s acknowledge that gender dysphoria...

And they aren’t alone. The brick-and-mortar retail world – from restaurants and coffee shops to clothing and housewares stores – has always been a difficult business. Locations open and close all the time, even in the best of economies, so economy-watchers are...
