Sens. Josh Hawley (Mo.), Ted Cruz (Texas) and Marco Rubio (Fla.) are emerging as the new champions of conservative populism at a time when many Republicans think former President Trump’s grip on the party is slipping. All three GOP senators voted with almost the entire Senate Democratic caucus to give seven days of paid sick leave to 115,000 rail workers who threatened to go on strike because of an impasse in labor negotiations. Trump touted a new brand of Republican populism that brought many first-time voters to the polls for the 2016 presidential election and helped him stun political experts...

Kyle Rittenhouse wants answers about what the social media companies did during his case but he could not get them. But all that changed when Elon Musk bought Twitter. If you recall during the hysteria, just defending Kyle, who was innocent but convicted by the media before his trial, could get you in hot water with Big Tech. Kyle said: “I think something people who believe we are overreacting about what was found in the Twitter files overlook is that lies break trust and show the character of someone. “We now have every reason to believe there was more lies...

Is America nearing the end of the road as a nation? Have we reached a place similar to that of Judah just before Nebuchadnezzar and the Babylonians destroyed Jerusalem and the temple? Three times in the book of Jeremiah, the Lord tells the prophet to not pray for the people of Judah (Jeremiah 7:16, 11:14, 14:11). God’s judgment on the nation was certain at this point; praying would not change the final outcome. Can we apply Jeremiah’s words to the U.S. as well? I believe we can. God’s judgment upon America is not only certain, I believe it has already...

From his perch as the head of the Democrat Party, President Biden is urging the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to revise the timing of the 2024 primaries. Traditionally, Iowa has been first with its caucus method of selecting delegates. New Hampshire has been second. "Too often over the past fifty years, candidates have dropped out or had their candidacies marginalized by the press and pundits because of poor performances in small states early in the process before voters of color cast a vote," Biden observed. "As we saw in the 2020 cycle, allowing these white states to lead nearly torpedoed...

The father of one of the University of Idaho students murdered in their home last month shared his theory about the murderer's target based on their movements once they got in the house. Steven Goncalves, who is the father of the late Kaylee Goncalves, noted that the murderer's entry point on the middle floor and only going upstairs leads him to believe it may have been intentional. "I'm not a professional, so I want to specify that, but they've said the entry point was the slider or the window. It was the middle floor. So to me, he doesn't have...

She said now was an appropriate time to examine the government’s response with the highest level of independent inquiry. MARGARET BRENNAN: As someone who’s been an attorney general, I wonder as well, how you think about the case before the U.S. District Attorney in Delaware regarding President Biden’s son Hunter. CBS has reported the FBI has sufficient evidence to charge him with tax and gun related crimes. How would you handle this? A plea deal? Is the Attorney General boxed in to take a hard-line position because of working for the President?
