In what we hope is a positive sign towards a recall victory, gubernatorial candidate Larry Elder won two lawsuits against the Secretary of State Shirley Weber, who had tried to keep him off the ballot due to “incomplete redacted and/or unredacted income tax returns were filed”. The judge ruled that this only applied to primary elections, not special elections. In addition, it was also found that even if the rule were to apply, the Elder submissions of his tax returns were sufficient. Shirley Weber knew this, but why did she try? It was a game to distract one of the...

First lady Jill Biden appeared at the Tokyo Olympics opening ceremony on Friday, wearing a mask as she joined just a handful of world leaders at the stadium closed to the public over the COVID-19 pandemic. Biden, 70, wore a blue mask to go along with her black-and-white polka dot dress and long pearl necklace as she represented the US in her first solo international trip as first lady. President Biden’s wife was joined by the few world leaders who made the trip to Japan for the opening ceremony in a nearly empty National Stadium.

T "They're killing people." That was the simple declarative sentence President Joe Biden uttered in response to a question a reporter asked him as he left the White House on Friday. "On COVID misinformation, what's your message to platforms like Facebook?" the reporter had shouted as the president was walking toward Marine One. Biden turned and walked directly toward the reporter. "They're killing people," he said. "I mean, it really — look, the only pandemic we have is among the unvaccinated," he said. "And they're killing people." At her regular briefing the day before, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki...

In a 1963 interview with Louis Lomax, Nation of Islam spokesman Malcolm X, commenting on white people, said that “The white devil’s time is up . . ,” and that “Anybody who rapes, and plunders, and enslaves, and steals, and drops hell bombs on people . . . anybody who does these things is nothing but a devil.” NOI’s Louis Farrakhan has often...

Rather than dismissing billionaires’ space adventures, we should celebrate their risk-taking endeavors and be inspired to take risks in our lives.Billionaires Richard Branson and Jeff Bezos both rocked to the edge of space and safely landed back on Earth this month. Another billionaire, Elon Musk, founder of SpaceX and Tesla, plans to make a similar trip. Many here on Earth dismissed these billionaire entrepreneurs’ space travel and competition as a waste of time, money, and other valuable resources, which could be better spent solving earthly problems such as hunger and poverty. Critics shrug off such space travel as billionaires one-upping each...

CNN anchor Jim Acosta said Thursday on “The Situation Room” that former President Donald Trump claiming the January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol was “a loving crowd” was “delusional.” Discussing January 6 during an interview for the book “I Alone Can Fix It,” Trump said, “There was a lot of love. I’ve heard that from everybody. Many people told me that was a loving crowd.”

After months of slow news, former President Donald Trump is causing a ruckus in the Wyoming political world. According to spokeswoman April Poley from state Sen. Anthony Bouchard’s campaign, the two GOP U. S. House candidates being invited by Trump for endorsement consideration are Cheyenne attorney Darin Smith and Casper legislator Chuck Gray. Although Bouchard was the first to jump into the race against incumbent Liz Cheney, he was not invited by Trump, according to Poley. Trump has a big-time grudge against Cheney because she was one of 10 Republican House members who voted to impeach the former president. Cheney...

A 69-year-old guy in Florida came home from a doctor’s appointment on Monday, and found a random woman SKINNY DIPPING in his pool in the middle of the afternoon. It happened in Port Charlotte, just outside Fort Myers. And it was around 90 degrees out. So it was hot. 42-year-old Heather Kennedy was completely naked, hanging out in his pool cooling off. So he called 911. But when the cops showed up, she still refused to leave. There’s a photo of them offering her some clothes to cover up with. But she wouldn’t get out of the water, and told...

The ABC, CBS and NBC evening networks didn’t seem to care that President Joe Biden canceled the Keystone XL while behaving like a Russian crony and approving the country’s controversial Nord Stream 2 pipeline. CNBC reported July 21 that the United States and Germany “reached an agreement to allow completion of the $11 billion Nord Stream 2 pipeline [in Russia].” The outlet noted that the unease around the pipeline that will pump Russian gas directly into Germany “stems from Moscow’s history of using the energy sector to gain leverage over Russia’s neighbors, namely Ukraine.” When finished, the pipeline will reportedly...

On Thursday’s broadcast of ABC’s “The View,” Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) stated that if we don’t take action on climate change “in the next few years,” what we saw with the coronavirus pandemic “will be even worse.” Because climate change “can devastate our planet.” While discussing the different spending packages that are currently being debated in Congress, Schumer stated that the reconciliation bill “deals with climate as well, as I think Joy mentioned. If we don’t do something about climate in the next few years, what we saw with COVID will be even worse. Because climate can devastate...

Reagan White House Budget Director and best-selling author David Stockman says, “This is not the time to be invested in the markets . . . . A reset is just a pleasant name or a clinical name for a crash of epic proportions, which we will have because the markets are so inflated. There are trillions of dollars that are at risk. To put a dimension on this thing or a way of sizing this, is we have a $60 trillion bubble on the balance sheets of 130 million people in American society, but especially in the top 5% to...

Are we really doing this again? Are we really talking about returning to masking? Again? Last weekend, Los Angeles County reinstituted its mask mandate for indoor settings. More than 60 percent of the county is fully vaccinated, but the mandate applies to both vaccinated and unvaccinated people. The move is absurd in several ways. For starters, it throws shade on the vaccines. If vaccination works, why do the vaccinated need to be masked? And if we do still need to be masked post-vaccine, why would anyone take the jabs? The vaccinated are protected, and the unvaccinated have had enough time...

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem Psalm 119ס Samekh 113 I hate double-minded people, but I love your law. 114 You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word. 115 Away from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commands of my God! 116 Sustain me, my God, according to your promise, and I will live; do not let my hopes be dashed. 117 Uphold me, and I will be delivered; I will always have regard for your decrees. 118 You reject all who stray from your decrees, for their delusions come to...

What they didn’t tell the public was that top-level administrators for the county would receive far bigger payments -- up to $25,000 each -- than front-line workers who were directly exposed to coronavirus as they cleaned buildings and provided vaccines to residents. Records obtained by...

A new Gallup poll has found that positive ratings of relations between black Americans and white Americans have reached the lowest point in more than two decades of measuring the statistic. “Currently, 42% of Americans say relations between the two groups are ‘very’ or ‘somewhat’ good, while 57% say they are ‘somewhat’ or ‘very’ bad,” Gallup reported. A significant shift occurred in 2013, which The Daily Wire’s Ryan Saavedra noted is when the Black Lives Matter movement began.
