A Franklin County judge recently began including vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of defendants’ terms of probation. Common Pleas Judge Richard Frye said Thursday he added the vaccine as a condition on three cases this week of the roughly 20 sentences he imposed. He said he discussed the matter in open court with the defendants, and they attributed their unvaccinated status to procrastination. None raised any philosophical, medical or religious objection. “It occurred to me that at least some of these folks need to be encouraged not to procrastinate,” Frye said in an interview. “I think it’s a reasonable condition...

As she arrived in El Paso, she was asked by Fox News' Peter Doocy why right now was the time to make her first trip to the border. "It’s not my first trip, I’ve been to the border many times," she snapped back, apparently referring to visits she made to the border as senator. She claimed the visit builds on the work done in Guatemala

The “Parking Lot Priest” to Archbishop Viganò: “You are the warrior Prelate!”We typically don’t publish letters not initially intended for public consumption. As I see it, however, the following exchange provides a teaching moment for us all, since it speaks to the profound impact Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò is having on the lives of hundreds of thousands of battle-weary faithful Catholics, including not a few priests. Why does this matter?Christ established a hierarchical institution, and it is through that hierarchy that His Church will ultimately be restored. In a moment of crisis such as this, then, all the blogospheric commentary in...

Former Vice President Mike Pence on Thursday addressed his GOP critics who believe he could have moved to decertify the election results on January 6, stating there is “almost no idea more un-American than the notion that any one person could choose the American President.” Speaking at the Reagan Library in Southern California as part of “The Time For Choosing” series, Pence laid out a vision for the future of the Republican Party, which he said must be devoted to the Constitution of the United States.

Leftist media is politicizing the bishops’ meeting — not the other way around. And their almost every interpretation of the meeting is misguided and blatantly false.Last week, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops voted to advance a document that will discuss “Eucharistic coherence,” which Archbishop Samuel J. Aquila called an “opportunity for me and all bishops to recommit ourselves to an unapologetic preaching of Jesus Christ.” In the aftermath, corporate media once again proved themselves to be arbiters of hypocrisy, with headline after headline criticizing the church for allegedly politicizing the Eucharist.Among others, NPR reported “Bishops Vote to Rethink...

Dr. Christian expressed concern that he had not come across “a single vaccinated child or parent who has been adequately informed” about Covid vaccines for children. Among his points, he stated that: The m-RNA vaccine, is a new, experimental vaccine never used by humans before. The m-RNA vaccines have not been fully authorized by Health Canada or the US CDC, and are in fact under “interim authorization” in Canada and “emergency use authorization” in the US. He noted that “full vaccine approval takes several years and multiple safety considerations – this has not happened.” That in order to qualify for...

President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani has been suspended from practicing law in the state of New—for the most ridiculous of reasons. The Supreme Court of the State of New York ruled on Thursday that Giuliani violated rules of professional conduct for supporting Trump’s claims of election fraud in the 2020 presidential election. “There is uncontroverted evidence that respondent communicated demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers and the public at large in his capacity as lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump and the Trump campaign in connection with Trump‘s failed effort at reelection in 2020,” the 33-page order...

Harrisburg, PA - The Pennsylvania Department of Health today announced that the order requiring universal face coverings will be lifted statewide at 12:01 a.m. on Monday, June 28. “We are continuing to make progress toward stopping the spread of COVID-19 throughout the commonwealth, as many Pennsylvanians have taken responsibility for their own health and the health of their communities by getting vaccinated,” Acting Secretary of Health Alison Beam said. “Even though the universal masking order will be lifted in a few days, businesses, organizations, health care providers and other entities maintain the option of requiring employees, guests or customers to...

Day 470 of “15 Days to ‘Flatten the Curve’” – Year 2, Week 14: “Delta Dawn” Edition Today marks 15.5 months since the institution of the infamous “Flatten the Curve,” AKA The Deep State’s Plot to Drive Us Crazy, Make Us Stupid, and Take Over the World (in order to make the world safe for China and/or the Deep State and/or New World Order crew to take it over). As readers of this series are aware from prior posts, I do not believe that the Deep State is done with us despite the increased numbers of maskless faces we have...

SANT ESTEVE SESROVIRES, Spain (AP) — The widow of John McAfee, the British-American tycoon who died in a Spanish prison this week while awaiting extradition to the United States, on Friday demanded a “thorough investigation” of his death, saying her husband did not appear suicidal when they last spoke. Authorities in Spain are conducting an autopsy on McAfee’s body but have said that everything at the scene in his cell indicated that the 75-year-old killed himself. “His last words to me were ‘I love you and I will call you in the evening,’” Janice McAfee told reporters outside the Brians...

In 2020, it's estimated that the riots following George Floyd's death while in police custody caused $1 billion to $2 billion in damages. That number doesn't even include the people killed and long-lasting fallout from destroyed businesses and communities. The FBI made almost no effort to investigate that portion of the damage that took place on or against federal property. However, when a few hundred people walked through the United States Capitol on January 6 (apparently after Capitol police waved them in), the FBI went into hyperdrive. Writing at the New York Post, Miranda Devine has the heartrending tale of...

What's going on? This video clip (linked below - h/t Cathi) is from Australia. Whatever restrictions, lockdowns and other abuses they test on other citizens overseas often makes their way here. Get ready, Americans. Why are they suddenly mass testing thousands of people? They are claiming seconds within to proximity is passing the Delta variant. They are identifying entire malls as 'hot zones' and requiring testing. I believe they are lying. This appears to be an increase in the biowarfare against the public.Frankly, I've ignored assertions in videos that the nasal swabs are a means by which they propagate the virus...

Black Lives Matter must reframe their case, acknowledging the falsity of their initial allegations, or risk sanctions for alleging facts without evidentiary support.A federal judge on Monday dismissed all but two of the claims Black Lives Matter and several individual demonstrators brought against Donald Trump, William Barr, and others in the sprawling lawsuit filed after the clearing of Lafayette Square on June 1, 2020.Bigger than this legal defeat, however, was the report from the inspector general of the Department of the Interior disproving many of the substantive allegations in the plaintiffs’ complaint — all of which the court had accepted...

On Monday, June 21, Turkish President Recep Erdogan said that his recent meeting with US President Joe Biden on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Brussels opens a "new era" in diplomatic relations between the two countries. According to Erdogan, there are no problems in relations between Turkey and the United States that cannot be solved, and there are much more areas for cooperation. Biden expressed the hope that countries can make real progress. At the same time, the parties did not agree on problematic issues, such as the acquisition by Turkey of Russian S-400 anti-missile systems, violation of...
