COLUMBUS, Ohio—Attorney General Dave Yost on Thursday filed a legal brief with the U.S. Supreme Court opposing a Texas lawsuit seeking to effectively delay the Electoral College from voting Joe Biden the next U.S. president. Yost, a Columbus Republican, stated in the brief that the Supreme Court lacks authority to order state legislatures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to appoint presidential electors. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit argues such a move is needed because coronavirus-related changes to election rules in those states opened the door to unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud.

A group of Democrats in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives wants their adamantly maskless Republican colleagues to be sworn in next month after everyone else, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. As a safety measure, the 203 state representatives will take the oath of office on Jan. 5 in four sets of about 50 people each, starting with newly elected members, the House speaker’s office said Wednesday. Philadelphia state Rep. Joe Hohenstein, who has objected strenuously to some Republicans remaining maskless during recent State Government Committee meetings, said there is “significant support” among his fellow Democrats to have the...

Senior Trump adviser Jared Kushner on Thursday announced Morocco and Israel will establish diplomatic ties, the fourth Middle East deal brokered by the Trump White House in the last four months. As part of this deal Morocco will establish full diplomatic relations and resume official contacts with Israel, and Morocco will grant overflights and direct flights to and from Israel for all Israelis, Kushner told reporters Thursday. Morocco will also reopen the liaison offices in Rabat and Tel Aviv immediately with the intention to open the embassies in the near future, Kushner said, and they will also be promoting economic...

Coffee County Election Officials Demonstrate Changing Votes On DOMINION Machines Elections Supervisor Misty Martin gives a hands on demonstration of how to cheat with Dominion. This video was shown today by Colonel Waldren during his Georgia House of Representatives testimony. The Dominion voting machines that Georgia and several other states use are open to manipulation during the counting process. This first of two videos shows the weaknesses of the system and the ways in which an unscrupulous election official may alter ballots with virtually no chance of being caught. This comes days after Coffee County became the only County in...

The Presidential Prayer Team remains firmly committed to prayer and the biblical values upon which this great nation was founded. We are continuing our daily prayer over the 2020 election through December 14, 2020, at such time when the Electoral College cast their votes to officially determine the president-elect. Several states are in the process of recounting, reviewing and/or verifying their vote counts. Contested states have until December 8 to finalize their results. Legal challenges may keep some states from officially certifying their election results. State voting results can project the president-elect, but the legal determination is set when the...

Last reported Rudy Giuliani gave copy of Hunter's hard drive to State Police for investigation, and FBI sex crime expert claimed the original hard drive from the computer repair shop. Reports claims that the videos involved under age children has drawn no interest or has been blocked by On Line Elites and Major Media. Some reports stated videos included Beau Biden's daughter and the daughter of a Senator, may be politically to hot to handle. The hard drive reportedly contained e-mails about Beau's widow, Joe and Hunter concerning Joe's granddaughter and Hunter. It was even reported on line that Hunter...

Joe Biden reportedly tapped former Ambassador to the United Nations, Susan Rice, to head the White House Domestic Policy Council in his incoming administration, Politico reported on Thursday morning. Rice was previously under consideration to serve as Biden’s Secretary of State, but Tony Blinken was eventually selected. She was also known to be a top contender for the vice presidency before Biden eventually selected Kamala Harris. Rice’s appointed position does not require her to pass through a confirmation in front of the Senate, which will likely still have Republicans in the majority. Given her troubling foreign policy history, including oversight...

String theorists are making the case for flipping physics on its head. What if string theorists have been right all along, and black holes are just balls of yarn? These celestial rat kings, scientists say, represent a place where a huge bunch of fundamental strings have tangled together and can’t be extricated. This sounds far out, but we don’t understand a great deal about how black holes work to begin with. Positing a tangled string idea instead doesn’t even require much more of an ideological buy-in. Space.com’s Paul Sutter explains the big mental “tangle” with black holes: “Black holes appear in...

Are robot pets the future of elder care? I’ve been fostering a puppy during the lockdown, and he’s quite a character. He has boundless energy and is forever exploring the apartment — over and over again. He barks at things randomly, like the Merriam-Webster Dictionary on the bookshelf. And the kitchen sink. He loves being petted. Sit him on your lap and stroke his back, and his eyes will shut in bliss, he’ll wag his tail and wave his paws in the air and jiggle his head. He’s an attention hog, too. Watch TV, and he starts marching around the...

I was wondering what happened with the forensic examination of the 22 Michigan Dominion computers because I have not seen anything. Then I was reading an article in the Detroit "Free" Press and found that the results are under a judicial protective order. But the same article which tries to do a hit job on the cybersecurity company says that the company is please with the results. "That imaging took place Sunday morning and was conducted by a team from Allied Security Operations Group, a cybersecurity firm whose representatives have put forward inaccurate and flawed testimony and analyses in support...

President Donald Trump and his administration facilitated another historic breakthrough for peace in the Middle East on Thursday between Morocco and Israel who have agreed to normalize relations. Trump announced the deal on Twitter, noting the major victory in foreign policy for all countries involved. According to Trump, Morocco’s King Mohammed VI agreed that his country would “resume diplomatic relations between Morocco and Israel and expand economic and cultural cooperation to advance regional stability.”

It’s well known by now that Neera Tanden, President-elect Biden’s pick to head the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB), is a thoroughgoing ding-a-ling. With McCarthyite unrestraint, she has dubbed Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) “Moscow Mitch,” judging him a treacherous Russophile. She has insisted Sen. Susan Collins’s (R-ME) “terrible treatment of Dr. [Christine Blasey] Ford should haunt Collins the rest of her days.” The “terrible treatment,” of course, was rejecting Ford’s implausible allegation of attempted rape by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Tanden also spurned Michelle Obama’s precept “when they go low, we go high,” rejoining...

As the nation gears up for distributing a COVID-19 vaccine, many questions remain about who should get it, particularly when it comes to pregnant women. "(It's) definitely something my husband and I have been talking about," said Caroline Nosbisch, who is 20 weeks pregnant and eager to add to her family. Nosbisch is considering whether to get the COVID-19 vaccine if it's offered to her. "My husband is a first responder, so he has a high exposure with his job — that's still a big concern for us, what he's doing on a day-to-day basis and what he could bring...
