Why can't we, the disenfranchised voters, sign on to this Texas law suit? If we can, let's do it!

Why can't we, the disenfranchised voter, join the Texas and multi state class action lawsuit? Surely, we have the same right to do this.

I had the same thought yesterday. 75,000,000 Trump voters would also like to “intervene”.

Because the people don't choose the President, Electors to the Electoral College choose the President.

The people only vote because the legislatures, exercising their Article II Section 1 powers, decided to let them vote for Electors.

One of the basic rules of being a party in a lawsuit is that you must have “standing”, which means a stake in the outcome more than that of an ordinary citizen. So, ordinary citizens can’t join lawsuits solely on that basis.

“Because the people don’t choose the President”

But the people have been harmed, and are victims of theft.

You have signed onto it, if you’re from among the 17 states that have signed onto it. Your state is the injured party.

How are you disenfranchised?

There are no Presidential elections in the Constitution, therefore, there is no Federal Constitutional right to vote for President.

Because the argument has to do with the constitution. Your rights, as an individual, are not infringed in an argument between the states. And no where in the Constitution does it say you “vote” in presidential election.

Come on folks...at least READ the constitution.

If you are an oil company shareholder and you have been injured due to the negligence of states in obeying the Constitution, you might have standing.

I’m not a lawyer. I have no expertise on standing or jurisdiction.

The executive branch of the federal government needs to ask the judiciary to enforce the Constitution.

If the AG is democrat or the legislature is democrat they will not file in my behalf.

I showed up to vote. I showed my ID, I filled out a ballot, and I signed it.

I was disenfranchised. I’m from Georgia. Who represents me?

I’ve never been this depressed in my life.

Trump should NEVER concede. Leave office and let the whole bunch take it over, but make it clear, you never conceded and you will always contend that the election was rigged, and Biden was not legitimate.

Then when Biden steps down because of his kid, and Kamala takes over, and all hell starts to break lose, starting with China attacking the Taiwanese islands, people might think again.

WE’ll start our own conservative network.

Your standing can’t be based on the mere fact that you are a taxpayer/citizen. There has to be something more specific about the harm/injury to you that every other citizen couldn’t also claim.

There is real hurt in the Texas hydrocarbon extraction industry due to the electoral negligence of certain states.

State of Texas hydrocarbon-sourced revenues have been hurt.

The negligent states must be made to pay.

Biden will think they're all there for his inauguration, if that happens.

Texas could be out trillions and not just millions if Biden gets in through state electoral negligence and malfeasance.
