Sometimes, we don’t know what his plan is and who will be doing his work.
I remember a time where many Christians were appalled at the idea of a Trump presidency. He wasn’t/isn’t a decent man: divorced, using foul language, making sexual references, having his fingers in casinos, probably a womanizer in the past, talking about Rosie or the small hands of an opponent... I suppose it is understandable that folks look at him critically, but I guess what they failed to learn is that this has always been the case! All the Apostles were flawed men and there is a message that was given to us.
No President has done more, not one, since WWII for Christians than Trump. Both inside the US and abroad, may it be Christmas, abortion, government funded sex changes, the muzzling of clergy (threat of tax status) if they speak their mind, home schoolers (often for religious reasons), standing up for churches to open them back up, the pushback on PC religious censorship. Trump did more for Christians than any President Republican or Democrat, bar none. Do not be confused about this, if he goes, and Biden assumes office, the slippery slope of Western liberal secularism will head in the other direction again.

It is not poorly worded. The capitalization of the word “He” shows clearly who Trump was talking about. Only someone who has got an anti-Trump bias might view it as Trump talking about his own son.

Stunning; first President I recall who ever used the name of Jesus in such a faith filled context (which IIRC he did in his inauguration speech as well). This is historic and all praise to the LORD.

GOOD!!!! obama refused to acknowledge Christmas, and I imagine that biden and Jezebel don’t intend to either, if they are ever inaugurated. And now they are telling us not to celebrate it at all, because of covid!
However, we Orthodox don’t really celebrate Christmas until between Dec. 25 and January 5 (New or Old Calendar). So here’s an appropriate Orthodox prayer for the pre-Christmas season:
