A U.S. District Judge has officially dropped key federal charges against former Louisville Police Detective Joshua Jaynes and Former Sgt. Kyle Meany regarding their alleged ‘involvement’ in Breonna Taylor’s death, which occurred back in 2020. This week, U.S. District Judge Charles Simpson ruled that the officers in the case were not responsible for Taylor’s death, instead laying the blame at the feet of her criminal boyfriend, who opened fire on police the night of the raid. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Breonna Taylor was fatally shot in her apartment in March 2020 by officers who were executing a search...

The United Kingdom will no longer object to the International Criminal Court seeking an arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, a major foreign policy change for the country’s new left-globalist government. The British government had submitted a brief to the International Criminal Court (ICC) questioning the body’s jurisdiction to issue arrest warrants for Israel back in June, throwing into question the move by the court’s move to seek the arrest of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. Now a spokesman for 10 Downing Street, the official office and residence of the British Prime Minister, has...

Sir Keir Starmer's Labour government will not pursue an objection to the International Criminal Court (ICC) issuing an arrest warrant for Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Prosecutor Karim Khan KC applied for arrest warrants to be issued for Israel's prime minister and Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar over alleged war crimes earlier this year. But under Rishi Sunak's Tory government, the UK had considered challenging the right of the ICC to issue arrest warrants for Mr Netanyahu and Israel's defence minister, Yoav Gallant. A Number 10 spokesperson said the government would not be pursuing the previous government's objection because it was...

Rep. Mark Pocan (D-WI) announced he would boycott Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s “wildly inappropriate” joint address to Congress on Wednesday, insisting he would rather serve the Israeli leader an arrest warrant for war crimes on the House floor. In a press release published shortly before the long-awaited congressional address, Pocan declared he would not attend the event, citing Netanyahu’s “deadly and excessive response” to Hamas’s unprecedented, unprovoked, and brutal October 7, 2023, attack, the deadliest against Jewish people since the Nazi Holocaust.

There’s a very disturbing trend unfolding in Biden’s upside-down America. Political dissidents—Americans who refuse to conform to the regime—are being targeted, harassed, imprisoned, and even killed. It’s increasingly feeling like Joe is channeling his inner Kim Jong-Un. This isn’t the America we know, yet here we are, up against one of the most tyrannical governments to ever seize power. In another horrific nightmare, a Trump supporter has been fatally shot by federal ATF agents during a raid at his home, leaving his family and friends shocked, horrified, and bewildered. ... While we struggle to understand what happened to this man,...

The Alaska Supreme Court ruled on Friday that law enforcement officers in Alaska are not permitted to conduct aerial surveillance of a person’s yard using a zoom lens without first obtaining a warrant. In its ruling, the court said that it disagrees with the state’s claim that such surveillance was constitutional “because small airplane travel is so common in Alaska, and because any passenger might peer into your yard and snap a picture of you, law enforcement officials may do the same.” “The Alaska Constitution protects the right to be free of unreasonable searches,” the court stated in a 34-page...

Ninth Circuit panel unanimously orders FBI to destroy records it created during searches of US Private Vaults boxes.. PASADENA, Calif.—This morning, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel unanimously ruled against the government in a long-running class action lawsuit from the Institute for Justice (IJ) on behalf of people who rented security deposit boxes at US Private Vaults. The discovery of a black market Chinese biolab operating in California, and the subsequent investigation into it, has exposed a tangled web of shell companies obscuring ownership and loopholes that caused delays in cleanup and informing the public. The public found out in March about a secret biolab operating in a warehouse in Reedley, California, about 25 miles southeast of Fresno. But the warehouse and its biological hazards were discovered months earlier, on Dec. 19, 2022, by Jesalyn Harper, a code enforcement officer with the City of Reedley Fire Department. Responding to an anonymous tip about the supposedly vacant warehouse,...

President Biden on Friday said the International Criminal Court (ICC) is “justified” in issuing an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin over allegations of war crimes. “Well, I think it’s justified,” Biden told reporters before leaving the White House for Delaware. “But the question is, it’s not recognized internationally by us, either. But I think it makes a very strong point.” Asked whether Putin should be tried for war crimes, Biden did not directly answer, but said the Russian leader has “clearly committed war crimes.”

The FBI told a federal magistrate judge that it intended to open hundreds of safe deposit boxes seized during a March 2021 raid in order to inventory the items inside - but new evidence shows that federal agents were plotting all along to use the operation as an opportunity to forfeit cash and other valuables. Federal agents failed to disclose those plans to the federal magistrate judge who issued the warrant for the high-profile raid of U.S. Private Vaults, a private business in Beverly Hills, California, that had been the subject of an FBI investigation since at least 2019. When...
