ANOTHER Trump supporter assassinated by federal agents…
Revolver News ^ | June 17, 2024

Posted on 06/17/2024 2:21:27 PM PDT by george76

There’s a very disturbing trend unfolding in Biden’s upside-down America. Political dissidents—Americans who refuse to conform to the regime—are being targeted, harassed, imprisoned, and even killed. It’s increasingly feeling like Joe is channeling his inner Kim Jong-Un. This isn’t the America we know, yet here we are, up against one of the most tyrannical governments to ever seize power. In another horrific nightmare, a Trump supporter has been fatally shot by federal ATF agents during a raid at his home, leaving his family and friends shocked, horrified, and bewildered.

...

While we struggle to understand what happened to this man, who can forget the chilling episode involving 75-year-old Trump supporter Craig Robertson, shot and killed by the FBI who raided his home under the cover of darkness? Apparently, the feds prefer to invade homes when it’s dark out; that way, unsuspecting homeowners can mistake them for home invaders and create a huge, confusing, and deadly mess.

...

FBI killed Craig Robertson ‘while attempting to serve a warrant.’

Well, this video taken by a neighbor shows the way they “attempted to serve the warrant.”

Apparently knocking on the door during the day is not something they do in 2023 America anymore…

...

This latest victim’s name is Bryan Malinowski. The nightmare began with ATF warrants over alleged regulatory paperwork violations—just paperwork. This should have been a straightforward, peaceful situation handled in an office by day. Instead, a heavily-armed ATF team conducted a pre-dawn raid at Mr. Malinowski’s home, resulting in him being fatally shot in the head.

...

Americans are outraged. Our federal agencies have become like gestapos, wielding power, violence, intimidation, and even murder to enforce the regime’s will. Really scary times, and many believe these crooked agencies need to be burned down and rebuilt from the ground up. The great Rep. Clay Higgins from Louisiana, for one, is rightly outraged.

Rep. Clay Higgins:

I will not support one dime of funding for the ATF until constitutional policy is fully restored. Please wake up America, We the People are living in a police state. These Federal agencies DOJ/FBI/ATF are WAY OUT OF CONTROL. This American had a perfect record, he was squared away for his whole life. ATF had warrants for alleged regulatory paperwork violations, easy stuff they could have handled 100% peacefully, instead they hit his home heavy and hard pre-dawn like he was MS13, so the man wakes up and freaks out and in those wild seconds begins to defend his family from the violent home-invasion and he promptly gets shot in the head.

Unbelievable. Abhorrent.

...

As you can imagine, the family is reeling from shock and overwhelmed with grief and sadness. They must be questioning what happened to the “America” they once knew. They’re not alone—many are wondering the same thing.

KARK:

The family of the Little Rock airport executive shot during a federal raid at his home has issued a statement just hours after the news of his death was announced.

In a statement from family attorney Bud Cummins, the family of Bryan Malinowski called his death “an unspeakable tragedy” that they said was “impossible to understand.”

Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said they attempted to serve a search warrant at the Malinowski home in west Little Rock Tuesday morning.

During that process, ATF agents said they were fired on by someone in the home who they later identified as Malinowski, so they returned fire.

The airport executive was hit by multiple shots. Medical personnel treated him at the scene before he was taken from the home to a nearby hospital. His brother said he had been on life support prior to his death.

In the Thursday statement, the family questioned the decisions made by the government officials and the agents’ use of force.

“We do not understand the government’s decisions which led to a dawn raid on a private home and triggered the use of deadly force,” the statement read.

However, if the family is expecting justice, they’re in for a harsh reality check.

The New York Times:

The federal agent who fatally shot the executive director of Little Rock’s airport during an early morning raid in March was justified in his use of force, an Arkansas prosecutor said on Friday, ruling out any charges.

Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives had executed a search warrant at the home of the director, Bryan Malinowski, 53, on suspicion that he had repeatedly sold guns without a license.

After agents entered the house, which sits on quiet cul-de-sac in Little Rock, Mr. Malinowski fired at them, shooting one agent in the foot, the authorities said. Another agent returned fire, shooting Mr. Malinowski in the head. Two days later, Mr. Malinowski died in a hospital.

His death was met with outrage from his family, friends and gun-rights supporters in Arkansas and beyond, who believed that the raid on March 19 was ill-conceived and a case of government overreach. The raid also stunned residents and lawmakers across the state who wondered how a respected official could have been the target of an early morning raid.

As this nightmare plays out, something to keep in mind is that the ATF is not authorized by the US Constitution, yet even so, they’re working very hard to take away your constitutional rights.

....

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms should be the name of a weekend festival, not a group of federal henchmen going after the American people and shooting folks in the head over paperwork discrepancies.

Terrible story.

And I think this is the case where he isn’t really a gun dealer, iirc.

Strangely enough, the Pulaski County, Arkansas prosecutor quickly ruled there is NO CRIME here to prosecute the Feds about so Move along Citizen, Move along.

I wonder who helped the little prosecutor along with his quick decision.

Move along citizen if you know what is good for you. You could find yourself Malinowskied as well.

ATF agents said they were fired on by someone in the home

And Federal Agents would never lie to us. They were completely truthful about their actions outside Waco and at Ruby Ridge, and their honesty and transparency have only improved since then.

Was he black? Were the shooters white? That is the only narrative that reaches the front page of CNN.

Ruby Ridge. Maybe not in every case, but in plenty of them.

Most of this is no more than homicidal intimidation. Night time raids by paramilitary swat teams is done to make sure we know who is in charge.

“You’ve got a citizen - the highest paid municipal official in Little Rock, Arkansas, making $260,000 a year running the airport - no criminal background history, nothing, and he’s dead at a pre-dawn raid,” says Representative Jim Jordan (R)-Ohio
“On behalf of myself, ATF and all law enforcement, we are very sorry when those things happen. Also, an agent was shot that day and I’m sure you are sorry that that occurred also, of course. All the more reason to not have the no-knock warrant take place and follow the rules.”
ATF’s Dettelbach said agents were not wearing body cameras because the devices have only been rolled out to about one/third of ATF’s field divisions, and Arkansas is not among them. [Today May 23, Steven Dettelbach, the Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), testified before Congress following the death of Little Rock Airport executive, Bryan Malinowski.]

It was worse during that period of tax resisters in the Midwest, (1980s) the reports were tiny mentions but almost every time the guy was killed and the home burnt to the ground from flash grenades and tear gas canisters from the FBI.

The house burning down seemed to be part of the package, along with a dead protester not available for interviews and media.

Suicide by cop? Hardly. More like murder by federal agents. They had no reason to do a no knock entry. They could have just as easily met him outside his house where his family would be out of harms way.

RE: Arkansas prosecutor quickly ruled there is NO CRIME here to prosecute

On another thread about the FBI saying the crime is actually down if only the doltish American citizens would listen, I mentioned a law enforcement person had recently said crime is still up but so many “no crime” decisions reversed the usual prosecutions a lot. This is an example.
