The Supreme Court will hear the Biden administration’s challenge to a Tennessee law banning gender-transition procedures for minors, inserting itself for the first time into the heated public debate surrounding the government’s role in protecting children from experimental procedures that come with lifelong medical consequences. President Joe Biden’s deputies are forcing transgenderism into workplaces via updated federal workplace guidelines that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released. Diagnoses of “gender dysphoria” rose in every state except one over the last several years. South Dakota was the only state that did not see a rise in gender dysphoria diagnoses between 2018 and 2022, according to new data from Definitive Healthcare.
