British singer-songwriter Rod Stewart poked fun at former President Trump for questioning Vice President Harris’s race and ethnicity, saying he never knew Trump “was Orange” until the GOP presidential nominee suddenly “became an Orange person.” “I didn’t know he was Orange until a number of years ago, when he happened to turn Orange,” Stewart wrote in his post, which featured four headshots of Trump, side by side, appearing to show Trump’s skin tone appearing progressively more orange. “I respect either one, but he obviously doesn’t because all of a sudden he made a turn and he went — he became...

Canadian Conservative candidate Don Stewart won a close election on Monday in Toronto-St.Paul’s, taking a seat that has been held by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberal party for the past 30 years. “Before Monday’s vote, a Conservative candidate hadn’t been competitive in Toronto–St. Paul’s since the 1980s. The party hadn’t won a seat in urban Toronto since the 2011 federal election,” CBC News marveled. CBC called the race a “nail-biter to the very end,” with Stewart’s Liberal opponent Leslie Church in the lead for about six out of seven hours of vote-counting. Dr. Phil quickly figured out how open-border advocates deal with their critics. “You’re a racist” for wanting any semblance of immigration control. This week, Jon Stewart proved Dr. Phil right in the ugliest way possible. The “Daily Show” host brought up the porous U.S. southern border in a 10-minute screed brimming with misinformation, bias of omission and more. For all of Stewart’s comedy skills, he’s also a deeply dishonest pundit. He proved it again Monday night. Along the way, he suggested Dr. Phil was gay for noticing fit, military-aged men were entering the country illegally. The bit opened with a...

Comedian Jon Stewart devoted his monologue on the Daily Show Monday evening to criticizing Israel’s response to the Hamas terror attack, and mocking the Biden administration for not clamping down on what he called a five-month bombing campaign. The show was Stewart’s third since returning from an extensive hiatus to take the reins on a weekly basis, on Monday evenings. Stewart mocked Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan for postwar Gaza: “So your peace plan is a siege?” He claimed, falsely, that Netanyahu was trying to end the “idea” of Hamas, likening it to George W. Bush’s “mission accomplished” in...

The infestation wasn't only on the walls; his bags and bed turned black and green, encrusted in mold. Most of his belongings were ruined. Broken air conditioners in the sweltering, humid Georgia heat; poor ventilation; and little to no barracks maintenance have created a decades-long breeding ground for mold, which soldiers repeatedly try to clean to no avail. "This is the reason a lot of us are getting out," the soldier who found his room blanketed in...

As Democrats champion anti-discrimination protections for the LGBTQ community and Republicans counter with worries about safeguarding religious freedom, one congressional Republican is offering a proposal on Friday that aims to achieve both goals. The bill that Utah GOP Rep. Chris Stewart plans to unveil would shield LGBTQ individuals from discrimination in employment, housing, education, and other public services — while also carving out exemptions for religious organizations to act based on beliefs that may exclude those of different sexual orientations or gender identities. Stewart’s bill counts support from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Seventh-day Adventist...
