Conservation group analyzes legislators' votes Arizona state lawmakers have their worst scores on record when it comes to supporting legislation having to do with conservation and the environment. The Arizona League of Conservation Voters released its annual environmental scorecard, showing the voting records of legislators on 21 bills covering topics such as water and land conservation, state parks preservation, species protection, and air quality. A HUD spokesman said Thursday his agency has no data showing the number of illegal immigrants holding foreclosed or bad mortgages.
