Sir Keir Starmer's rattled allies today issued a desperate warning to rebel Labour MPs that a leadership coup by Angela Rayner will trigger a general election. The under-fire Prime Minister is battling to stay in Downing Street as he reels from the Lord Mandelson scandal, with a number of backbenchers openly questioning his future. In a bid to contain the crisis, Sir Keir has promised to release documents related to Lord Mandelson's appointment as US ambassador in February last year. But the Government was forced into ceding control of the release of material to Parliament's Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC),...

The White House has urged Britain to take “bold action” and defend citizens from mass migration. The US state department labelled mass migration an existential threat to Western civilisation and ordered its embassies across Europe to report crimes committed by illegal migrants. The department singled out the grooming gang scandal in Rotherham as an example of how Western nations have endured “crime waves” as a result of uncontrolled migration. Thousands of vulnerable girls were raped by gangs of predominantly Pakistani men in at least 50 towns and cities across Britain over several decades. The department said it had ordered officials...

While the rise of Reform continues at pace among the voting intention surveys, the Green Party surge is becoming one hell of a sub-plot. However, the mega-poll shared by Find Out Now this week shows that the Greens are ready for top billing – and Keir Starmer has a lot to be worried about. Criticised for ‘aping’ Reform by Green Party leader Zack Polanski, Sir Keir has struggled to match the insurgency of Nigel Farage and his colleagues, with the right-leaning organisation consistently topping the opinion polls throughout 2025. Labour, meanwhile, have seen their support plummet. If these trends continues...

Nigel Farage has overtaken Sir Keir Starmer as the nation’s preferred choice of prime minister for the first time. The Reform UK leader is seen as a better candidate to lead the country by 33 per cent of people, compared with 30 per cent who prefer Sir Keir, a poll shows. A monthly tracker of political preferences by Ipsos, the polling firm, also shows that Andy Burnham, the mayor for Greater Manchester, is favoured over Sir Keir as a better prime minister. Meanwhile, Kemi Badenoch, the Conservative Party leader, appears to be enjoying a post-conference bump with voters choosing the...

And so it happens that Lord Peter Mandelson is back to Britain, after getting fired as US ambassador in the wake of the scandal caused by his emails to late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Mandelson and Epstein shopping in the US Virgin Islands. ============================================================================== The leaked emails revealed that Mandelson continued to support Epstein even after a conviction in Florida for ‘procuring a child for prostitution’. Columnist Andrew Pierce, wrote on the Daily Mail: “‘Fight for early release,’ he...

Sir Keir Starmer has been mocked after he awkwardly thought Donald Trump was inviting him to the stage to speak. The UK Prime Minister was lined up behind the US President as he spoke to the world's media in Egypt, taking time to praise leaders for their involvement in peace deals. Thanking a list of countries for their work towards various international conflicts, Mr Trump ended with the United Kingdom, with Sir Keir receiving a welcome from the US leader who referred to him as 'his friend'. The PM awkwardly appeared to mistake this as an invitation on to the...
