The UK will not allow its people to defend themselves. Even pepper spray is illegal. The British police instead recommend that everyone carry a whistle (seriously).

About 10 years ago I heard that psychologists concluded in a standoff with dangerous thugs, people are more afraid of a knife pointed at them then a gun.
The thug gets them to give in to demands such as dropping a weapon or refusing to give up the wall safe combination.
Now after a few dozen knife attack stories I believe it.

That poor Scottish girl tried to defend her little sister. She was charged with possession of offensive weapons. Then she disappeared into the system. Who stepped up to defend her?

Poor UK citizens are so woke they see a dude with a knife they say “they have a knife”. Proper grammar would be “they has a knife”. Or “they have knives” if there are actually two of them. How does 2 people with one knife stab 10 people?
