More than 150 anti-ICE protestors descended on a lower Manhattan government building Saturday and clashed with cops amid reports that federal agents are rounding up illegal migrants in the area this weekend. Cops responded to the chaotic scene near the U.S. General Service Administration building on Centre Street after receiving a 911 call about protestors blocking access to a nearby garage that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents reportedly entered, the NYPD said. Republican push for gerrymandered congressional maps triggers down-and-dirty from new generation – will it work?It was a stirring speech that brought Democrats to tears. “When someone is cruel or acts like a bully, you don’t stoop to their level,” Michelle Obama told them in Philadelphia in 2016. “No, our motto is: ‘When they go low, we go high.’”Fast forward to Ken Martin, chair of the Democratic National Committee, speaking in Chicago this week. “This is not the Democratic party of your grandfather, which would bring a pencil to the knife fight,” he insisted. “This is a new Democratic party. A federal appeals court rejected the Trump administration’s request that it halt the next steps Judge Paula Xinis is seeking to take in the case concerning a migrant who was wrongly deported to El Salvador, with a strident warning about the rule of law and the possibility the dispute presented an “incipient crisis.” The 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals said in its seven-page ruling Thursday that the Trump administration’s assertions in the case “should be shocking not only to judges, but to the intuitive sense of liberty that Americans far removed from courthouses still hold dear.” The unanimous ruling...

"l look at this is very binary. You can protect your home, you can take your kids hunting, you can shoot for sport. But if you’re not on the side of protecting our kids, you’re on the side of helping their killers, that’s it. You either can help the kids or help the killers," Swalwell said....

As time goes on, today is Day 962 of 15 Days To Flatten The Curve, it is coming to light that we as a global people were lied to, deceived, tricked and fooled to such a degree as to beggar imagination. Masks did nothing to slow the spread of the virus, social distancing did nothing to slow the spread of the virus, and lockdowns did nothing but increase mental illness, create poverty, stupefy...

Fort Sumter fired upon American Civil War Begings.(April 12,1861) ...On December 26, 1860, five days after South Carolina seceded, U.S. Army Major Robert Anderson abandoned the indefensible Fort Moultrie and secretly relocated his two companies (85 men, 13 of them musicians) of the 1st U.S. Artillery to Fort Sumter. The Fort was not yet complete at the time and fewer than half of the cannons that should have been there were available due to military downsizing by James Buchanan. Over the next few months, repeated calls for Union surrender from Confederate Brigadier General P.G.T. Beauregard were ignored, and Union attempts...
