Security guard Matthew Dolloff fatally shot Lee Keltner in the October 2022 confrontation.. Colorado's second-highest court on Thursday concluded 9News can be held liable for the actions of a security guard who accompanied a producer during an October 2020 rally in downtown Denver and ended up fatally shooting a man after a brief confrontation. At the same time, a three-judge panel for the Court of Appeals agreed 9News could not otherwise be liable for negligently hiring or supervising Matthew Dolloff because the evidence showed the organization did not employ or direct him, instead obtaining Dolloff's services through multiple layers of...

A seething mob of anti-Israel protesters busted inside the Brooklyn Museum Friday, where they set up an encampment, made their way to the roof and draped a banner from the side of the building declaring the war in Gaza “genocide.” The intruders — who were the vanguard of a massive demonstration nearly 1,000 people strong — scaled the building and rappelled down inside of the art museum with climbing equipment, police sources said. Hundreds of others surrounded the museum. A number of protesters on the roof draped a giant banner reading “Free Palestine Divest From Genocide” over the front of...

If you had told the average person that an anarchist or an airman had set himself on fire to protest Israel’s campaign against Islamic terrorists, you would get two very different reactions. Unsurprisingly the media led with the data point most likely to produce a favorable reaction. And Aaron Bushnell cynically played the same game, wearing (the wrong) uniform to his Hamas suicide attempt rather than the Antifa red in which he had been previously photographed. The Washington Post gets around to admitting that Bushnell was an “anarchist”. Less than two weeks before Aaron Bushnell walked toward the gates of...

Two brothers who kept a “human sacrifice” hit list of cops, judges, politicians, celebrities and “banker scum” were nabbed with an arsenal of homemade bombs and ghost guns in their family’s Queens apartment, prosecutors said Monday. Wannabe anarchists Andrew Hatziagelis, 39, and his 51-year-old brother, Angelo, were hit with a 130-count indictment after cops and federal agents seized a cache of weapons that included “improvised” explosive devices, body armor and a collection of AR-15-style and 9mm ghost guns. The pair also allegedly scribbled “hit list” on a scrap of notebook paper that included a list of potential targets that also...

QUEENS, NY (TND) — A shocking arrest was made in an apparent homegrown terrorism case involving two brothers in Queens, New York. Authorities said an arsenal of homemade weapons and a "hit list" listing "cops, judges, politicians, celebrities" and “banker scum” were found when the suspected anarchists were arrested at their home. New York police arrested 39-year-old Andrew and 51-year-old Angelo Hatziagelis. On January 17, a search warrant was served at their Astoria apartment that the brothers shared with their mother and another brother.

A Satan-worshipping cult of pedophiles is blackmailing girls into cutting themselves — but the FBI didn’t seem interested in that so much as the fact that one of its members once used the n-word, a Daily Wire investigation found. For years, the group known both as 764 and Harm Nation has tortured what is believed to be hundreds or thousands of girls. But the FBI didn’t put its cybercrimes or violence-against-children investigators on it. Instead, its interest appears to have piqued mainly by the fact that the group — most of whose victims are white teens — was once racist...

A sobering new documentary aims to debunk the false narratives surrounding the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis and the trial of Officer Derek Chauvin.“The Fall of Minneapolis,” produced by Alpha News journalist Liz Collin, also examines the tragic impacts of the Black Lives Matter riots, including the collapse of law and order, that continues to this day. Before the George Floyd riots, Collin was a popular Emmy-award-winning news anchor for WCCO-TV in Minneapolis. In 2020, she faced withering criticism over her marriage to Bob Kroll, then the head of the Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis. Investigators are still hunting for suspects seen at the January 6 Capitol attack two-and-a-half years ago, despite more than 1,000 arrests that include more than 350 people charged with "assaulting or impeding law enforcement".The riot has become a fractious topic for many conservatives, some of whom have decried the manner in which those who entered the Capitol building have since been treated. The riot began following a pro-Trump rally near the Capitol, with the crowd typically described as Trump-supporting.Yet a recent tweet by Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Georgia Republican, suggested that an associate of the left-wing movement Antifa was also...

An enraged motorist has been filmed assaulting a Just Stop Oil protester in London, after a “slow walk” protest blocking traffic reportedly caused a pregnant woman to crash her car. Video of the incident posted online by the controversial group showed a man in a red hat punching a protester and knocking him to the ground before kicking him in the head. The man is seen furiously arguing with another person who steps in to intervene, before returning to a damaged silver Mercedes with his distressed female companion. The car appears to have been struck on the rear driver’s side...

Many find it shocking the Department of Justice (DOJ) could be capable of ginning up false allegations against a former president in a previous election and would again do the same prior to the 2024 election. This shock, however, is a mark of just how drastically conservatives have failed to recognize the long decline of the DOJ and its ultimate transformation into a political subsidiary of a radicalized Democratic Party. Conservatives would do well to observe seminal moments that have led the country’s top law enforcement entity to its present dire state. In that review, all roads ultimately lead back...

Our Republic is at risk from radical Republicans. We keep being told this, but somehow all the threats to legal decisions and legal norms seem to come from the Left. You have probably noticed the full-court press against the Supreme Court the Left has been playing. Constant threats to ignore its rulings, attacks on its integrity (which, in an unusual move, the Supreme Court Justices unanimously denounced), and threats to pack the Court to regain a Leftist majority. Now we have yet another direct attack on the Constitution and the legal system from the Arizona Attorney General.I always predicted that some state was...

Nanaimo RCMP say they’re looking to speak with key witnesses after arresting a man accused of deliberately setting several brush fires on Tuesday. Police were called to the area of Northfield Road and the Nanaimo Parkway just before noon to multiple witness reports a man was setting fires on walking trails. The resulting fires forced the closure of Highway 19 and Northfield Road for more than an hour as fire crews dealt with flames in a number of locations. On Wednesday, Mounties said they haven’t been able to locate several people who were at the chaotic scene shortly after noon....

London (AFP) – Revellers massed in central London Saturday for the annual Pride festival amid warnings that gay rights are under threat worldwide after decades of progress. Organisers, anticipating more than 1.5 million attendees in total over a day of marching and partying, defied threats of disruption from the climate action group Just Stop Oil. The group, which has been staging high-profile protests including at an England-Australia cricket match this week, was angered by Pride's partnership with headline sponsor United Airlines. Just Stop Oil had also demanded that Pride ban parade floats sponsored by "high-polluting industries", and nine of its...

It started with the peaceful protest of a “pride” drag show by a children’s theater group during the first-ever Pride Day in a small town near Portland, Ore. It could have ended there but for a brawl between the Proud Boys and the masked bunch who attempted to infiltrate the group on Saturday. The gauzy in-between of it all is being seized upon by politicos such as former Congressman Adam Kinzinger and Rep. Eric Swalwell to make their political points. Even Elon Musk wanted to know what was going on. Naturally, because the media and Democrat narrative prevails, the Proud...

CHEVY CHASE, Md. — As the group of about a dozen protesters rounded the corner and approached Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s house on a leafy suburban street, the two deputy U.S. marshals on guard watched unmoved from their perch in the driveway. One whispered into his radio. The other took a sip from a coffee cup. The protesters, who had gathered on the evening of May 4, walked past the house singing “I went down to the rich man’s house and took back what he stole from me.” The deputy U.S. marshals watched but said nothing as the group passed. The...

PARIS, May 1 (Reuters) - French police clashed with black-clad anarchists in Paris and other big cities during trade union-organised protests against President Emmanuel Macron's increase in the retirement age, as workers joined Labour Day rallies across Europe. In the French capital, police were pelted with projectiles, ride-sharing bicycles were torched and bus stops smashed up just as the union-led march got underway from the central Place de la Republique. Unrest also erupted in Lyon, where several vehicles were set ablaze and some business premises were trashed, television images showed. In Nantes in western France, a fire blazed in front...

A Wisconsin man was identified from DNA pulled from a partially eaten burrito and arrested in the firebombing of an anti-abortion lobbying group’s office last year, prosecutors said. The man, Hridindu Sankar Roychowdhury, 29, of Madison, Wis., was arrested at Logan International Airport in Boston on Tuesday, according to the office of the U.S. attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin in Madison. He was charged with one felony count of attempting to cause damage by means of fire or an explosive. “According to the complaint, Mr. Roychowdhury used an incendiary device in violation of federal law in connection with...

A radical leftist biochemist has been charged in connection with the May 2022 firebombing of anti-abortion group Wisconsin Family Action's office in Madison. Hridindu Sankar Roychowdhury, 29, was arrested at Boston Logan Airport on Tuesday as he prepared to board a one-way flight to Guatemala City. During the incident in question, two Molotov cocktails were thrown into the office, and graffiti was spray-painted on the side of the building stating, "If abortions aren't safe then you aren't either." Far-left pro-abortion group Jane's Revenge took responsibility for the attack, claiming that it was "only a warning," and threatening to destroy the...
