Cuba’s blood-soaked communist dictator Miguel Díaz-Canel lashed out Monday, warning that any U.S. military action against his crumbling island prison would unleash a “bloodbath with incalculable consequences.” The thug-in-chief, who has spent years crushing dissent, jailing protesters, and turning Cuba into a starving socialist dumpster fire, took to X to spew his hollow threats after explosive reports revealed his regime has been quietly amassing over 300 military drones from Russia and Iran. Just days ago, reports emerged that the Trump administration was weighing aggressive options amid growing national security concerns surrounding Cuba, while CIA Director John Ratcliffe reportedly warned Havana...

Previously, the Islamic Center of San Diego made headlines for its connection to Sept. 11, 2001, hijackers Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar. Both hijackers reportedly prayed at the mosque and found an apartment nearby through advertisements at the mosque while taking flight lessons in the city. More recently, Imam Taha Hassane has come under fire for his comments on the Oct. 7, 2023, attacks. Hassane’s wife and daughter have also been under fire for inflammatory rhetoric. Selma Hassane has “promoted incitement, spread hatred of Israel, engaged in anti-Israel activism and is a supporter of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement,”...

Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was lampooned on social media for using a bulletproof shield on wheels while delivering a race-baiting rant on “voting rights.” The clown show unfolded Saturday at a rally in Montgomery, Alabama, where the Bronx Bolshevik tried to incite left-wing outrage following a Supreme Court decision repudiating race-based congressional redistricting as unconstitutional. The most notable part of AOC’s staged stunt was her absurd use of a portable bulletproof glass panel divider. “Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez champions defunding the police, open borders, and abolishing ICE, yet she shields herself behind bulletproof glass,” one X commenter wrote. “The hypocrisy is hard...

Chicago woman mocks Democrats by speaking in a squeaky, high-pitched voice, who say black people's voting rights are in danger. The woman also called out the commissioners one by one to their faces. "I'm 63 years old. I've been voting since I was 18. I have never had a problem voting..." "So now you're all gonna drag black people in here, definitely some senior citizens, and gonna have them come up here and talk about how they're scared to vote... all that junk, when you know it's not true."

Sir Keir Starmer has vowed not to "walk away" from Number 10 and insisted that he will stay to "fight the next election". The Prime Minister refused to set out a transition timetable on Monday amid mounting pressure, with growing suggestions that he could face Andy Burnham and Wes Streeting in any potential future leadership battle. Asked if his time as prime minister had effectively come to an end, Starmer said: "No, we've got a lot of work to do. "I'm very focused on what I consider to be my responsibility, my duty, and that is to the country." It...

UPDATE: Georgia State Senator Greg Dolezal has filed an emergency lawsuit to allow poll watchers and State Election Board observers into “the bunker,” where Georgia’s statewide vote totals are received and published. “Denying members of the State Election Board access to the Election Night Reporting Room is outrageous,” Georgia Republican Party Chairman Josh McKoon said, reacting to news of how the election results of this week’s primary election will be aggregated. “BREAKING: Georgia’s 2026 election results will be aggregated on Election Night by the secretary of state from a ‘secret emergency bunker’ which is off-limits to candidates, the public and...

The average pay of housekeepers in New York City hotels will increase to more than $100,000 a year as part of a contract settlement between an industry trade group and a powerful union. The deal, which the group ratified on Monday, averts a threatened strike this summer that could have disrupted the influx of tourists expected for the World Cup and America 250 festivities. The owners of nearly 250 hotels in the city reached agreement with the union, the Hotel and Gaming Trades Council, on an eight-year contract that would more than double base wages for workers, union officials said....

On Monday, the Supreme Court issued two brief procedural orders involving Voting Rights Act (VRA) cases — one out of Mississippi, the other out of North Dakota. Neither case was decided on the merits. Instead, the Court "GVR'd" the cases, meaning it granted review of them, vacated lower court rulings, and remanded the cases to the lower courts for further consideration in light of the Court's recent ruling in Louisiana v. Callais. Despite their brevity, the orders may still have major implications for future VRA lawsuits. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented as to both orders, seemingly out of concern that...

A federal appellate court ruled that New York’s law banning firearms carrying under a so-called “vampire rule” violated the Second Amendment. Shortly after the Supreme Court struck down New York’s discretionary system for issuing concealed carry permits, Democratic New York Gov. Kathy Hochul signed legislation enacting numerous restrictions on carrying firearms after convening a special session of the state Legislature. A majority of the three-judge panel from the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled that a provision requiring private property owners to post signs allowing concealed carry was unconstitutional. ‘I Don’t Like Mondays’ is now the sort of phrase that you might find on the side of a naff secret Santa mug, but back when The Boomtown Rats reached their peak with the single in 1979, they had their mind on something far darker. At a glance, the new wave pop melody and upbeat stylings make this song seem like a conventional chart hit. Understandably, it was the sixth biggest song of the year in the UK. The story behind it is anything but chart-friendly, however, and with only half an ear for the lyrics, that becomes very clear....
