Bingo.
He was a top detective and he was wiped out as collateral damage in getting OJ off.
RIP Detective .. and, Sergeant (USMC).
Rest in Peace, Mark, Semper Fi, Marine..............
No good deed goes unpunished. :( RIP.
If my memory is correct he was working on a script or book or something and while out of state used the word that can’t be said while working on it to a woman or female writer, something like that, and it was blown into a life altering scandal.
When they asked if he ever used the “N” word I was screaming the TV for him to say all the time when I sing along to my favorite RAP songs.
O.J.Simpson no less...who absolutely HATED black people..what a joke that whole thing was.
In an October 1996 television interview with Diane Sawyer, Fuhrman said he did not plant evidence in the Simpson case. He said he is not a racist, and apologized for his use of racist language. He said he had forgotten about the existence of the audiotapes and that they were merely part of a misguided effort to have a fictional screenplay produced.[57] A police investigation of the claims of violence on the tapes found that Fuhrman had grossly exaggerated,[58] and many of his minority former coworkers have expressed support for Fuhrman and said they do not believe he is a racist.[4]
still cant believe that judge let ridiculous shit like that in the trial. They’ve had “whitey” on thew run ever since.
Fuhrman saved more black lives in his career than Simpson ever dreamed of doing.
It should be a life altering scandal. He said the n word after saying he didn’t under oath. Blew the case. Screw him.
He was a good guy
every white member of the LAPD back then im sure used that word before...look, you either want thoese streets safe and patrolled or you dont...
I think the Simi Valley police were first. You know, the Rodney King thing?
Oh yeah, the famous “N word trumps decapitation” case.
Simpson mugging to the cameras and the jury as Fuhrman answers those loaded questions was so prejudicial against the prosecution.
