Verizon's new CEO is planning to cut about 15,000 jobs in the U.S. telecommunications company's largest ever layoffs, a person familiar with the matter told Reuters on Thursday, outlining some of the executive's first efforts to restructure in the face of rising competition. The wireless carrier faces mounting market pressure amid concerns over a shrinking pool of new customers as older rivals offer cheaper plans and cable operators jump into the fray. A Verizon spokesperson declined to comment. The layoffs, affecting about 15% of Verizon's workforce, are set to take place as soon as next week, the person said, and...

The Babylon Bee has come under fire for a post, that was quickly deleted on X, which appeared to suggest violence against commentator Megyn Kelly. This comes after Kelly said that Mark Levin should debate Tucker Carlson at Turning Point USA's AmFest in December. The post stated, "Megyn Kelly Gets Rid Of Old Pager Just To Be Safe," and included a photo of Kelly alongside a pager. In the fall of 2024, thousands of pagers exploded in an Israeli operation targeting the terror group Hezbollah. Thousands were injured and at least 30 were killed in the attack, which came during...

If you were told a business increased their staff headcount by 5% over four years but its payroll rose 24% over that time, all the while withholding the names of 39% of their staff, would you invest in that company? Unlikely. But that’s just what the United State government does, funded by taxpayer dollars and operating as if accountable to no one. Open the Books analyzed the FY 2024 payroll records of executive agencies and found that 2.9 million federal employees were paid $270 billion, compared to 2.8 million employees paid $217 billion in FY 2020. While the civilian employee...

(Transcribed by TurboScribe.ai. Go Unlimited to remove this message.) These are videos the FBI has worked hard to make sure you haven't seen. They're from the Google Drive account of Thomas Crooks, the man who on July 13, 2024, showed up at the Butler County, Pennsylvania fairgrounds and tried to assassinate the front runner, Donald Trump. And look what happened to our country. Probably 20 million people. And you know, that's a little bit old, that chart. That chart's a couple of months old. And if you want to really see something that's said, take a look at what happened....

In a story that’s got self-defense advocates cheering and the radical left fuming, a lone veteran in his home faced down three armed intruders—and dropped all three with precise head and chest shots, ending the threat in seconds. The November 12, 2025, incident, captured on video that’s gone viral, shows the vet’s calm resolve as he protected his life from the break-in crew. But the real jaw-dropper? The mother of one dead thug defending her son, claiming the vet used “excessive force” because they “only tried to rob” him. “My son only tried to rob you, and you took his...

Hunter Biden accuses TRUMP and @elonmusk of committing "GENOCIDE" by ending USAID🚨 "What they did is they went in and they flipped the f*cking switch. And because they flipped that switch, 14 million people are going to die — 4 million of them are going to be children. That's a f*cking genocide!"

Because "equity" demands it, some cities will allow violent criminals to avoid jail over and over if they have the right skin color, religion, gender identity, or other "minority" status. This is what that looks like: [Warning: Violence] VIDEO AT LINK................ William Livingston is a 32-year-old black man with a long rap sheet who has been accused of punching woman after woman, year after year, in random attacks on Chicago sidewalks. Here's a link to the 2022 interview with one of his victims. Authorities have continued to treat Livingston with kids gloves, releasing him back into the public time and...

The Ten Commandments have long been seen as the backbone of societal laws for thousands of years, but did you know that there were other commandments that didn't make the list? The Babylon Bee consulted with dozens of scholars to uncover the following list of commandments that ended up on the cutting room floor: Remember the sabbath day by wearing your favorite NFL team's jersey to church: Unless it's the Cowboys, for that is sin. Thou shalt install the toilet paper roll with the end of the paper coming out from under, not over, for over is a perversion...

We are all owed an explanation from the @fbi about Thomas Crooks, the 20-year-old who appears to have been groomed into becoming Trump's attempted assassin. It's been over a year. The official line is implausible and invites conspiracy theories. The president demanded answers months ago. A man was murdered. What is going on?

As things on the domestic side here in the U.S. continue to seem more volatile, we can all be comforted by the fact that China has reportedly figured out how to create a freakin' "outer space particle beam." Good to know. America's chief rival nation and fellow superpower has a space laser. Here's more from ZeroHedge: Particle beams — streams of high-speed atoms or subatomic particles — have long been the holy grail of space warfare. The concept sounds simple: zap an enemy satellite with a beam so intense it melts or fries the target. Reality, however, has been less...

Mayor-elect Zohram Mamdani wants to deploy social workers instead of police officers to respond to 911 calls — but the controversial plan has already been operating in the Big Apple and is failing. -snip B-HEARD launched in 2021 as a pilot program and only operates in some city neighborhoods, but a bleak audit conducted in May by the city comptroller found it was limping — with a whopping 60% of calls deemed ineligible while more than 35% of eligible calls from mental health professionals never got a response. “Calls were considered potentially dangerous, were ineligible because a mental health professional...

Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the German theologian and fierce anti-Nazi, a man so dangerous to the Nazi movement that he was one of the last people they killed lest he taste liberation, was a man of extraordinary moral courage. For Tucker Carlson, however, he was a failed Christian for having dared to stand up to Hitler (and, probably, for having rescued Jews). One of the problems with being your own boss is that there’s no one around to stop you when you go too far. Another problem with being rich, famous, and your own boss is that the sycophants in your world...

Chaos erupted outside an immigration processing center in Chicago on Thursday when anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agitators clashed with law enforcement. The incident led to multiple arrests after demonstrators blocked traffic and refused orders to disperse, according to Fox Chicago. Video from the scene shows federal agents and Illinois State Police in scuffles with protesters and then taking several people into custody. The facility is located in Broadview, a western suburb of Chicago about 12 miles from downtown, and has been a longstanding protest site for years.

Most school clubs just hold regular meetings where the students engage in whatever activity or subject they are focused on. The club is about socializing, fun, and self-development. GSAs purport to be just like other clubs, but they are vastly different. A major part of the GSA mission is to “create change” throughout the entire school. The goal is for every student and staff member to accept and support the LGBT agenda (including whatever new “identities” are concocted). And no one dares to openly dissent from the GSA message. The LGBT movement’s radical “change” push is designed to overlay the...

Cloned meat will soon enter Canadian grocery stores without safety reviews or labeling - whereas some Americans have been eating it all along. Health officials recently scrapped a 22-year-old policy that classified cloned meat as novel foods, removing pre-market safety assessments and allowing these products to be sold with no disclosure. The move has sparked surprise in the US, after it was revealed that similar products have quietly been on shelves for years without labels. The FDA approved meat and milk from cloned cattle, swine and goats, along with their offspring, in January 2008. Nearly two decades later, many Americans...

Wall Street Apes shares this: BREAKING: Tucker Carlson announces he is releasing...

Swalwell being referred to the Justice Department on allegations of mortgage fraud, co-host Symone Sanders asked, “You put out a statement shortly after this, after this was made public, saying, ‘Of course I will not end my lawsuit against him.’ Your statement seemed defiant. You are resolute, that you are not afraid. No fear. And I know earlier this year you noted that you knew you could be a target. Now that this is out there for, and it’s been out for...
