Mariel Garza, the editorials editor of the Los Angeles Times, resigned on Wednesday after the newspaper’s owner blocked the editorial board’s plans to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris for president. “I am resigning because I want to make it clear that I am not okay with us being silent,” Garza told me in a phone conversation. “In dangerous times, honest people need to stand up. This is how I’m standing up.” On October 11, Patrick Soon-Shiong, who bought the newspaper for $500 million in 2018, informed the paper’s editorial board that the Times would not be making an endorsement for...

The latest Trump accuser, who chose to fully roll out her accusations two weeks before the presidential election, is actually a Democrat activist. An ex-model named Stacey Williams came forward with her story, alleging that former President Donald Trump touched her inappropriately 31 years ago. Williams, who dated sexual abuser Jeffry Epstein, said the billionaire pedophile introduced her to Trump in 1992, and she claims the incident occurred at Trump Tower the following year, in 1993.

A Guardian hit piece alleging that former President Donald Trump groped a model at Trump Tower 31 years ago was debunked on social media shortly after it was released. The former model, Stacey Williams, alleged: “Late winter of 1993, I was on a walk with Jeffrey [Epstein] from his brownstone on the Upper East Side down Fifth Avenue, when Jeffrey looked at me and said, “You know, let’s go stop by and see Trump.” Williams claimed that Trump groped her breasts and buttocks. “Moments after they arrived, she alleges, Trump greeted Williams, pulled her toward him and started groping her....

Black Lives Matter, the official network foundation, is running out of money as donors have stopped handing over piles of cash to the shady operation. The Gateway Pundit reported back in May of 2023 that they were still paying some people very high salaries even as the cash was starting to dry up. To make matters worse, despite raising tens of millions of dollars at its height, no one seems to know where all the money went. The most high profile figures associated with the group seemed to cash in and move on, leaving the organization in shambles. It’s a...

I have been around attorney’s my entire life, and for a woman who claims to be a great prosecutor, it is blindingly obvious, that Ms Harris not spent much time in an actual courtroom. I don’t know how many cases she actually was a courtroom attorney in.. Meaning the prosecution actually went to trial and she was the prosecuting atty in the courtroom every day of the trial making the case to a judge and/or jury for the state against a defendant in that case, but I can guarantee you, without needing to look it up, it was less than...

Journalists Paul Thacker and Matt Taibbi revealed internal documents from the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) planning to “kill Musk’s Twitter.” CCDH also hopes to strengthen ties with VP Kamala Harris and other Democrats. CCDH’s founder, Morgan McSweeney, is already advising Harris’s campaign. “Our mission is to protect human rights and civil liberties online,” according to CCDH’s website. “Social media companies erode basic human rights and civil liberties by enabling the spread of online hate and disinformation.” In other words, CCDG wants censorship. A Texas teen has been arrested more than three months after she allegedly shot and killed a Sonic manager following an argument over counterfeit money. Adiah Roberson, 17, was arrested Tuesday at an apartment complex in Dallas, the Texas Department of Public Safety said. The murder of manager Daniel Shrewsbury, 33, took place on July 7 at the drive-in in the 5500 block of Babcock Road in San Antonio. When police arrived, Shrewsbury was found shot in the chest and unresponsive. He died at the scene, San Antonio Crime Stoppers said. Roberson is accused of trying to pay for food...

Vice President Kamala Harris was admitted to law school through University of California-San Francisco’s Legal Education Opportunity Program for students with “educational disadvantage, economic hardship, or disability,” according to the law school’s magazine. Democratic nominee Harris is a 1989 graduate of the program, according to a 2018 article in UC Law SF Magazine. “LEOP offers admission to approximately 50 high-achieving students each year—up to 20 percent of the class—who have experienced major life hurdles, such as educational disadvantage, economic hardship, or disability,” the article says. “The majority are students of color.” “Besides traditional admissions criteria, such as grades and LSAT...

Jim O'Neill came up with the term BRIC in 2001 in a research paper that underlined the massive growth potential of Brazil, Russia, India and China. The then-Goldman Sachs chief economist highlighted the need to reform global governance to include these up and coming countries in his paper. Today, the grouping accounts for 45% of the world's population and 35% of its economy. O'Neill, who admitted he would “have Mr. BRICS stamped on his forehead forever”, has however said the group group had achieved very little over the past 15 years. In an interview, he added that it was not...

On Wednesday, CNN Senior Political Commentator and former Obama adviser David Axelrod stated that when 2024 Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris “doesn’t want to answer a question, her habit is to kind of go to word salad city,” and she did that a few times during her town hall with CNN, including on Israel. Axelrod said that he thought that Harris’ performance at CNN’s town hall was “mixed” and “she was very strong coming out of the gate. And she obviously came with a purpose, which, she wanted to — they want to shine a focus on this...

Donald Trump claimed that Kamala Harris is taking days off and not properly campaigning because she knows something about the election that the American public doesn’t. Trump made the cryptic comments during his campaign rally in Georgia. “This is a woman who took yesterday off, how do you take yesterday off?” asked Trump. “You’ve got 13 days, you’re running for the presidency, she takes time off,” he added. “I’ve got 52 days in a row and I’m not taking any days off, that I can tell you,” said Trump. “I hear she’s taking another one tomorrow or something – it’s...

(AFP) — French President Emmanuel Macron said Thursday his country would support Lebanon with 100 million euros, as Paris hosted an aid conference with big financial aims but slim diplomatic prospects. “The war must end as soon as possible, there must be a ceasefire in Lebanon,” Macron said sitting alongside the country’s Prime Minister Najib Mikati. The Lebanese government chief in turn called on “the international community to hold together and support efforts… to implement an immediate ceasefire”.

Recently, Kamala went off the teleprompter to counter some vocal detractors at one of her campaign stops. The Western Journal reports that at a rally in Wisconsin, “Vice President Kamala Harris responded to hecklers saying ‘Jesus is Lord’ by telling them they were in the wrong place.” Specifically, she told them they were at the wrong rally. The Western Journal adds: “Wisconsinite Jennifer McKinney happened to capture on video the moment the hecklers had called out and posted it on Instagram, saying, ‘Everyone just cheered and screamed for killing babies. So that was disappointing.’”

Too bad if something were to happen to it. You can tell how badly Trump’s McDonald’s coup worried Democrats by the fact that they immediately threatened the fast food chain. Senators Ron Wyden, Bob Case, and Elizabeth Warren sent this letter to McDonald’s CEO Chris Kempczinski. I won’t go through it line by line, but here are some observations. The left-wing senators write: We write with concern regarding increases in fast food prices over the last several years and seeking information regarding McDonald’s pricing decisions. Prices of every commodity and service have risen sharply over the last few years. It...

Doug Emhoff's ex-girlfriend has spoken exclusively to DailyMail.com claiming that he slapped her in the face so hard she spun around at a 2012 celebrity event in France. The woman, a successful New York attorney, is remaining anonymous, but decided to speak out after Emhoff, Kamala Harris's husband, denied the claims through a spokesman. Emhoff's accuser, who DailyMail.com is naming only as 'Jane', initially declined to comment on the record. But Emhoff's denial, and his alleged hypocrisy by claiming to be a feminist in media interviews, finally became too much for her. 'What's frightening for a woman that's been on...

Bogdanovski's family immigrated to Israel from Ukraine in 2014, and David enlisted in the IDF and served in the engineering corps. The Defense Ministry is attempting to reach an agreement with the family of St.-Sgt. David Bogdanovsky, who fell in battle in the south of the Gaza Strip in December, to remove a cross from his headstone. “By law, it is not permissible to place a cross or any other religious marker on a military headstone,” the Ministry said.

Washington CNN — Vice President Kamala Harris plans to deliver a final-stretch closing argument address next week at the same location her rival delivered a fiery speech on January 6, 2021, that set in motion the attack by his supporters at the US Capitol. Harris’ speech Tuesday at the Ellipse, a park just outside the South Lawn of the White House, will amount to a high-profile denunciation of former President Donald Trump’s fitness for office and a warning about the chaos she says he would bring to the Oval Office should he win. Coming a week ahead of Election Day,...

This ties in directly with the post immediately below about the Democrats’ attempt to punish McDonalds, because a McDonalds restaurant allowed Donald Trump to do a campaign stop there. Elon Musk has emerged as our most important champion of free speech, a concept that is anathema to the Democratic Party. Not only that, he has actually endorsed Donald Trump for president, and has brought his considerable skills and resources to bear on Trump’s behalf. That, obviously, cannot be permitted. So Musk’s companies have come under comprehensive fire from many government agencies: Stephen Pimentel @StephenPiment The lawfare against @elonmusk, as gleefully...
