Former California Attorney General Kamala Harris ordered a raid on David Daleiden, founder of the Center for Medical Progress, who exposed Planned Parenthood’s heinous practice of selling aborted baby parts. The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that Planned Parenthood was caught admitting to this barbaric activity, and Kamala Harris, instead of investigating the illegal trafficking of fetal organs, went after the journalist who brought the truth to light. The controversy began in 2015 when Daleiden, posing as a laboratory wholesaler, secretly recorded conversations with top officials at Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, including Dr. Ann Schutt-Ainé, the chief medical officer, and Tram...

A fed-up California Democratic state senator has revealed she is jumping ship to the Republican Party because her now-former party has become unrecognizable under its current leadership and policies. State Sen. Marie Alvarado-Gil, a longtime Democrat, broke news of her defection late Thursday, saying the values she shared with the Democratic Party when she was elected in 2022 have now shifted. “In the past two years that I’ve been working in the Senate, I have not recognized the party that I belong to,” the lawmaker said during an appearance on Fox News. “The Democratic Party is not the party that...

Books are the purest form of escapism. They can take you to any time, place, or culture. In honor of National Book Lovers Day August 9, we put away our smartphones, pull out a good book and simply read. (Well, an audiobook will suffice too.) From clay tablets to today’s eBooks, literature has played a crucial role in preserving cultures, educating the masses, and storytelling. Thanks to Johannes Gutenberg’s 15th-century printing press, anyone, not just royalty, monks or landed gentry, could read and own books. But, alas, there was no overnight shipping. Today, join a book club or re-read a...

The crisis in the region has worsened following the assassination of Haniyeh in Tehran. Global pressure on Iran to refrain from attacking and to accept a difficult compromise is growing. Sources like Axios reports that the U.S., Europe, and Arab countries are urging Iran not to respond militarily to Israel, to avoid escalating the conflict into a wider war. Some sources say Iran has assured the U.S. and Europe that it won’t target civilians in Israel. Other reports suggest that Iran might rely on Hezbollah in Lebanon for any actions at this stage. Khamenei, facing internal and regional crises and...

Former Maryland Gov. and U.S. Senate candidate Larry Hogan (R-MD) said Thursday on FNC’s “Your World” that he was “personally insulted” by former President Donald Trump’s comments about the race of Vice President Kamala Harris. Hogan said, “I just really think we’ve got to focus on the issues and kind of avoid all of this gender-race kind of wild attacks. On the issues, there are clear differences between the candidates, and that is what they should focus on. I don’t think it is helpful to be shrinking the tent and alienating swing voters and turning people off. We can’t just...

I am starting to think that Kamala Harriss's cognitive health is an issue. She can't complete sentences, is mostly incoherent, and her party/media/campaign are hiding her and treating her as if she is Joe Biden aka a veal calf.

The wall of the California Democrat supermajority has sprung a major leak. She was first elected to her seat in the state senate in 2022 and is up for reelection in 2026.

“‘Do not lay up for yourselves treasures upon earth’” (Matthew 6:19). A true believer is not to hoard earthly possessions. You may remember this old adage: “The miser says coins are flat that they may rest in stacks; the spendthrift says they are round that they may roll.” In Matthew 6:9 Jesus is specifically talking about the miser. The Greek verb translated “lay up” is thesaurizete, from which we get the word thesaurus—a treasury of words. Jesus is using a play on words by saying, “Do not treasure up treasures for yourselves.” The context of the passage shows that He...

Condo listings in Florida have skyrocketed as desperate owners attempt to dodge a costly new law requiring increased safety checks. The legislation was brought in following the 2021 collapse of the Champlain Tower South in Surfside, which killed 98 people. It later emerged that the condo association had postponed crucial repairs to avoid increasing costs, prompting lawmakers to introduced new regulations which take effect at the end of the year. As a result, the number of condos on the market has soared, especially in southern Florida, prompting warnings of a 'mass exodus.' There were 20,293 condo listings in the Palm...

Kamala Harris has gained 23 points in a new poll, with a surge that pushed her 9 points ahead of Donald Trump. The poll questioning independents, carried out by NPRS/PBS News/Marist, found that 53 percent of voters who identified as belonging to this group supported Harris and 44 percent backed Trump. This 9-point lead is a huge jump from the 14 points by which she was down in Marist's July poll, which found 46 percent of independents for Trump and 32 percent for Harris. The August survey, published on Tuesday, was carried out among 1,613 adults between August 1 and...

Prenatal exposure to higher levels of bisphenol A, a plastic commonly found in water bottles and packaging and known to leach into our foods and drinks, has been linked to autism spectrum disorder in boys, according to a new study that also identified the biological mechanism underlying this link. The risks of exposure to bisphenol A (BPA), an industrial chemical used in plastic manufacturing and found in a wide variety of plastic products, are well-documented. Known to leach out of plastics and into the foods and beverages we consume, studies have linked BPA to health issues primarily because it mimics...

The Model 437, which was built by Northrop Grumman's subsidiary Scaled Composites, looks like the concept art aside from one very glaring detail. The first images of Northrop Grumman’s Model 437, an advanced air combat drone that could potentially fill the requirement for the Air Force’s and/or Navy’s “loyal wingman” Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) programs, as well as those of allies, have hit social media. The relatively small tactical jet looks impressive and is very much in line with the concept renderings we have seen of it, aside from one major detail — it has a cockpit. Yes, that’s right,...

When local restaurant owners make the difficult decision to close their doors for good, it often feels like the Madison area loses a little part of its identity. The press has questions for Vice President Kamala Harris. She isn’t giving a whole lot of answers. In the nearly three weeks since President Joe Biden withdrew his candidacy, catapulting Harris to the top of the Democratic ticket, the vice president has shown little eagerness to meet journalists in unscripted settings. She has not granted an interview or held a news conference. On Thursday, after a rally in Michigan, she held her first “gaggle” with reporters covering her campaign. It lasted 70 seconds. Harris’ lack of engagement with the media has become a constant rallying cry on the political right,...
