(Indianapolis, IN) - A new law tightening absentee voting requirements was signed this week. On Tuesday, Governor Eric Holcomb signed House Bill 1334, which requires some form of identification to be included with a mail-in ballot. Acceptable proofs of I.D. include the last four digits of your social security number, a driver's license number, or state I.D. or voter registration number.
