I am facing a large bill in a few months for a prescription drug that my doctor says I need. My insurance is currently charging me $131 per 3 months. Russia's Defence Ministry said on Sunday that two of its military commanders were killed in eastern Ukraine, as Kyiv's forces renewed efforts to break through Russian defences in the embattled city of Bakhmut.
