India is a large producer of wheat but not a large exporter of wheat, according to this article with the war in Ukraine and the global price of wheat exploding, India was looking to export a large amount of wheat to capitalize on the price increase, all that stopped today. Ukrainian forces have launched a counteroffensive in Izyum, according to Oleh Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
