Webster wants to argue he was acting in self defense against excessive force. Unfortunately, Webster's judge is Amit Mehta, who ruled the jury cannot hear from a woman who was knocked over by same cop and what prompted Webster's confrontation. The world’s richest man is set to complete his hostile takeover of Twitter for $43 billion, according to news reports. Reuters released an exclusive saying that Twitter is “nearing a deal to sell” itself to Tesla CEO Elon Musk for “$54.20 per share in cash.” That was the original price Musk offered when he launched his bid to own the company. At least 17 people have died in last week's fire at a Russian military research facility, authorities said Monday. The blaze at the Central Research Institute for Air and Space Defense of the Russian Defense Ministry in Tver erupted Thursday and it took authorities a day to put it out.
