Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) on Sunday said the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol already has a “powerful and substantive narrative,” months into its probe of the fatal riots. Asked by moderator Chuck Todd on NBC’s “Meet the Press” how much of the Jan. 6 story the panel would have today if it did not receive any additional information, Kinzinger said the congressional investigators “know a lot of the narrative.”

They don’t even hide their intentions anymore. As inflation continues to climb to record highs Joe Biden on Friday commented on the rise in car prices. Joe actually said if car prices are high, then one way to reduce the demand for cars was “to make Americans poorer.” It’s the Democrat way! And people actually listen to this nonsense. video

During an appearance on FNC’s “Watters’ World,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) lamented the failures of Joe Biden’s presidency, adding that the governing coalition of Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Majority Chuck Schumer (D-NY) was the worst in his lifetime. Graham also hammered Biden on foreign policy by claiming former President Jimmy Carter, considered by some to be a disastrous president on foreign policy, looked like former President Ronald Reagan, who hailed as a success, compared to Biden.

CNN anchor Jake Tapper said Sunday on his show “State of the Union” that the statues of Confederate leaders in Congress are “tributes to traders” that honor political violence like the events of January 6, 2021. Tapper said, “On Thursday night, the one-year anniversary of the attack on the U.S. Capitol, CNN hosted an event at the Capitol to talk about that horrible day.”

Governor Asa Hutchinson (R-AR) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that for long-term success, the Republican Party needs to stop diminishing the events of January 6, 2021, and admit former President Donald Trump has “responsibility.” Anchor Jake Tapper said, “According to a Washington Post survey, 63% of Republicans who embraced the big lie about the election are running for statewide positions throughout the United States. Are you worried at all about individuals who embrace the big lie and support the notion of elections? Are you worried about them elected into positions where they could potentially warp and undermine...

For those that might be interested, here are links to a couple of fascinating articles a reader sent to me that appear to show that mandated Covid lockdowns were planned years ago. http://www.agmiw.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Transcript-The-Covid-Plan_Rockefeller-Lockstep-2010.pdf https://realnewsuk.com/2021/Rockefeller.pdf I believe we are getting close to the Rapture and the Tribulation Period, and it is my opinion that there is no doubt about it. One, concerning Israel: there will be two major immigrations of Jews to the Promised Land at the end of the age: 1) A first wave of Jews returning as unbelievers before the Tribulation Period, and 2) A second wave of Jews...

Nearing his first full year in office, President Biden has conducted fewer news conferences than any of his five immediate predecessors at the same point in their time in the White House and has given fewer media interviews than six of them did, according to a story on Sunday. The president has done 22 interviews with the media and held nine formal news conferences – six solo and three with visiting foreign leaders – an analysis by Martha Joynt Kumar, a professor at Town University and director of the White House Transition Project, found, the Associated Press reported.

ANN ARBOR – Michigan’s hockey team tied a program record this year with five players competing at the World Junior Championship, an annual showcase of national under-20 hockey teams from around the world. All five returned to the ice for the Wolverines as they began the second half of their season Saturday with a 4-1 win over No. 10 UMass. But head coach Mel Pearson might not have his whole complement of players available for long. With the NHL opting out of participating in the 2022 Beijing Olympics that begin next month, countries will have to look elsewhere to fill...

The Middle Eastern country officially changed its name in December to Türkiye (when the English spelling is used). The decision was made to better reflect the culture and traditions of the country. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan issued a circular in early December making the change to preserve the values that come from the deep-rooted history of the Turkish nation. “The phrase Türkiye represents and expresses the culture, civilization and values of the Turkish nation in the best way,” the circular says. “In this context, the phrase ‘Made in Türkiye’ is now being used instead of ‘Made in Turkey’ on our...

Why doesn’t the government listen to the complaints of the people until they come out in numbers on the streets? Kazakhstan’s government, like so many of its authoritarian counterparts, has chosen to wreck its feedback mechanism. It has parlayed considerable funds into a system known as the “state order”, funding media outlets – even those not belonging to the state – to convey news about the government’s policies with a cheery gloss. The few outlets trying to strike out and produce critical coverage face harassment and legal action. Some issues are absolutely off-limits. In October, one news outlet, Hola.kz, took...

Recently, the White House claimed that the Biden Administration created more jobs (per month) than Trump, Obama, George W Bush, George HW Bush, Clinton and Reagan. It always helps to be elected President after a recession when the economy naturally snaps back from the economic doldrums (like Obama after the financial crisis, Clinton after the first Gulf War, Reagan after Carter). So let’s look at job totals under Trump, the COVID lockdowns, the ensuing economic damage, and the Biden “rebound.” In a brief two months in early 2020 thanks to COVID and lockdowns, the US economy lost 22.362 MILLION jobs....

Sen. Lindsey Graham warned that Americans are living in the “most dangerous times since the late ’30s” because of the “radical” legislative agenda of President Biden and his Democratic colleagues. Graham (R-SC) predicted in an interview with John Catsimatidis on WABC 770 AM that voters in the 2022 midterm elections will be motivated “not based on what happened on Jan. 6, but based on this failed Democratic radical agenda.”

They have been celebrated as classics of English literature for more than 150 years, enjoyed by generations of children as young as eight. But university students have now been given a 'trigger warning' that Charlotte Bronte's Jane Eyre and Charles Dickens's Great Expectations both contain passages they might find 'distressing'. Critics last night described the cautions given to students at Salford University as 'absurd'. Tory MP Andrew Bridgen said it was ridiculous that adults 'have to be protected from the stories that generations of children have been able to cope with without being damaged'.

A white supremacist group encountered a less-than-receptive crowd during an anti-abortion march in Chicago on Saturday. Clad in khaki pants, blue jackets, and white balaclavas, members of Patriot Front walked through the freezing streets of the Windy City bearing upside-down American flags and a banner reading “Strong families make strong nations.” They tried to join the March for Life, but anti-abortion rights demonstrators had other ideas, heckling the racists with taunts of “Who do you guys think you are?” and “What are you guys carrying shields for?” Cars honked at them as well. The white supremacists eventually ceded to their...

WASHINGTON, Wednesday, Jan. 8. THE RECENT FIGHT AT PORT ROYAL. The following letter has been received at the Adjutant-General's office, from Brig.-Gen. SHERMAN, dated: HEADQUARTERS G.C., PORT ROYAL, S.C., Jan. 2, 1862. SIR: As the Vanderbilt leaves to-morrow, I deem it proper to inclose to you a letter of instructions to Gen. STEVENS, commanding the Second Brigade of this division, of Dec. 30. Nebraska's prison inmate population is growing faster than anywhere else in the nation, way out of sync with nearly every other state. And the smoking gun behind much of that growth — and the millions of dollars that those extra inmates are costing Nebraska taxpayers — is a 2009 state law that created new gun crimes and toughened penalties. The law also helped steer hundreds of offenders from federal prisons into the state system, adding to the tab for Nebraska taxpayers. As Gov. Pete Ricketts and the Legislature debate whether a new $230 million prison is needed to deal with...
