Two months ago, I detailed Trump’s powers under the Fourteenth Amendment, which grants the President the power to declare an illegal insurrection against the United States of America and strip Electoral College votes from states which are engaged in a coordinated insurrection.

Is 2020 the ‘Year of the Republican Woman’? Initial electoral returns appear to confirm this trend. Talk about an exciting way to cap off 100 years since the 19th Amendment’s ratification. As Town Hall’s Reagan McCarthy noted, “At least 12 new GOP women were elected in key house races, with 10 incumbent women winning reelection. With some results still pending, 11 more GOP women could possibly win key house races.”Some are suggesting if outstanding Congressional races yet to be tabulated continue to trend GOP, there could be upwards of 33 Republican women, incumbents and newbies, in the House chamber. Historic, if it proves true. What...

Republican rebukes Trump’s unsubstantiated claims that Biden and “the corrupt voting apparatus of states” with Democratic governors are engineering massive fraud brought quick rebuke and criticism from both critics and supporters. Rick Santorum, a conservative political commentator, said on CNN he was “very distressed” by Trump’s comments. He called Trump's false claims about election cheating "dangerous" and said that "counting absentee ballots is not fraud.” Sen. Mitt Romney, a former Republican presidential nominee, who has been a Trump critic, also reacted to Trump denouncing the vote-counting process. “Counting every vote is at the heart of democracy,” Romney said in a...

Joe Biden took the lead over President Trump in the crucial state of Georgia early Friday morning as votes continued to be counted for the presidential election. Biden led Trump by 917 votes in the Peach State as the former vice president gained ground in several key swing states, giving him a path to a victorious 270 electoral votes. Biden has been cutting into the president’s lead in the state since polls closed on Tuesday night and poll workers began counting mail-in votes, which have cut in Biden’s favor. Neither Trump or Biden have reached enough electoral votes to be...

Win North Carolina. Win or come close in Arizona. Challenge fraudulent votes in Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin & Pennsylvania (assuming PA is lost too). This is nothing like Bush v Gore in 2000. Gore never pursued fraudulent votes in Florida because they were all his. In 1876, Florida, Louisiana and South Carolina were rife with fraud and threats of violence against Republicans. Electoral College delegations were submitted for both parties as the states' votes remained in dispute until March when the matter was settled by a special committee.

The saga of Michigan Secretary of State, radical democrat Jocelyn Benson's attempt to ban open carry at the Michigan polling places, without the legal authority to do so, continues. After the edict was declared on 16 October by Benson, Tom Lambert and a number of groups supporting the right to arms filed a lawsuit to stop the illegal usurpation of power on 22 October 2020. Michigan Judge Christopher Murray, of the Michigan Court of Claims, struck down the ban on open carry as exceeding the authority of Secretary Benson, in part, because she did not follow the necessary procedure. The...

Rich Threadgill was born and raised in California and loved his home state. Until he didn’t. The Navy veteran is a gun fan, but he felt he couldn’t talk about his hobby or express other conservative opinions without running the risk of making someone angry. This summer, when his employer allowed employees to telework from out of state for lower pay, the 39-year-old human resources officer surprised himself. He sold his Rancho Cordova home and moved the family to Idaho, where he’ll build a house for less than he sold his California home. He says he feels more relaxed in...

President Donald Trump is testing how far he can go in using the trappings of presidential power to undermine confidence in this week’s election against Joe Biden, as the Democrat gained ground in tight contests in some key battleground states. With his pathway to re-election appearing to shrink, Trump on Thursday advanced unsupported accusations of voter fraud to falsely argue that his rival was trying to seize power. It amounted to an extraordinary effort by a sitting American president to sow doubt about the democratic process. “This is a case when they are trying to steal an election, they are...

WASHINGTON - Some U.S. House of Representatives Democrats on Thursday blamed Tuesday’s election losses on colleagues who embraced defunding police departments and “socialist” policies, according to sources familiar with a phone call they held. Democrats went into this week’s congressional elections, in which all 435 House seats were up for grabs, with high hopes of significantly building on their majority control of the chamber. Instead, in a jolt that has cast a pall over the party even as Democrat Joe Biden was close to toppling President Donald Trump, the party suffered the net loss of about a half-dozen House seats....

BREAKING TONIGHT: Project Veritas released an undercover bombshell video of a Pennsylvania USPS whistleblower exposing his anti-Trump Postmaster’s order to illegally back-date ballots. “The fraud is happening as we speak…they are going to be collecting and back-dating ballots in Pennsylvania TOMORROW according to our whistleblower,” O’Keefe said. “Ballots that are coming in today, tomorrow, yesterday, are all supposed to be postmarked the 3rd” the whistleblower said. “They still want us to pick up ballots tomorrow (Friday the 6th)” he added. A mob of far-left Antifa militants are mobbing the home of Portland city council member Dan Ryan for voting against an amendment to defund the police. The mob was at his home after 9 p.m., shining bright lights at his windows and chanting in the street. His home was also egged and splattered with paint. Commissioner Ryan was the swing vote in the decision not to cut $18 million from the Portland police. “After nearly six hours of testimony Wednesday evening, Ryan in effect cast the deciding vote—to not have a formal vote on Hardesty’s proposal, saying he needed more...

November 6 2020 Thirty First Friday in Ordinary Time Lectionary: 489 Reading 1 PHIL 3:17—4:1 Join with others in being imitators of me, brothers and sisters, and observe those who thus conduct themselves according to the model you have in us. For many, as I have often told you and now tell you even in tears, conduct themselves as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their end is destruction. Their God is their stomach; their glory is in their “shame.” Their minds are occupied with earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we also await a...
