I am a Spacecraft Engineer that has had much experience writing contracts and specifications to build large electronic systems, computer systems and networks. In this regard, I have developed some expertise in interpreting the meaning of documents, and it has helped me to understand the law and the US Constitution. During the impeachment, my reading of the US Constitution, helped me to find the answer to the question that all were asking - "Where is the High Crime and Misdemeanor?" I determined the answer to come out of the US Constitution itself - it is when the OATH of OFFICE is VIOLATED. I had written several articles on Free Republic about my findings (under a different name at that time). When the Senate trial proceeded, I performed a massive email campaign to every US Senator and Congressman about my findings. I believe I was responsible for the most difficult question to be asked of Clinton in his Senate trial. At 2:04 to 2:08 PM on the Saturday of the US Senate's questioning of Clinton's lawyers, the question was asked of Charles Ruff (the one in the wheel chair), "Is VIOLATING the OATH of OFFICE a HIGH CRIME & MISDEMEANOR?". Mr. Ruff's sworn answer was amazingly - "YES it WAS" Mr Ruff then proceeded to further impeach MR.Clinton with the rest of his answer that tried to squirm out of his inital affirmative answer to the question! I believe that answer with its squirming explanation was the most damning answer on the public record that a high public official has ever given without confessing. Although no one other than myself has recognized or acknowledged this, I expect that history one day will. Since that point I am convinced that involving myself on FREE REPUBLIC with all the other magnificent Freepers here truly has evolved me and helped me personnaly. It has convinced me that one person can make a difference when you feel like you are part of a greater effort. I thank all on Free Republic for that!
