Yes, in the "Red Mirage" document and in the Transition Integrity Project press releases, Friday after the election was the day announced to complete the ballot dumps and announce victory.
Everything that has happened since 7:00 PM on November 3 was announced well in advance and has been available to anyone interested.
The only element of the publicly announced plan not yet implemented is the military dragging Trump out of the White House if he does not concede.
Please take note that no date for the dragging out has ever been proposed - not by Pelosi, not by Schumer, not by the Transition Integrity Project.
