The media keeps telling us the polls about how Biden is going to destroy Trump in the election. That means a number of people who voted for Trump in 2016 are not this time around. In both public and private, I've seen the opposite. This is including a number if black artists, idiots like Glenn Beck, and disenfranchised Ted Cruz supporters. So I'm curious if any of you know someone who is changing their support. Only one I can think of is Ann Coulter.

Democrats currently hold the majority in the House of Representatives with 232 seats out of 435 and the Republicans would need to pick up 17 seats to take back control of the chamber, which they lost in the 2018 midterm elections. The GOP holds 197 House seats in the current session of Congress. In addition, there is one Libertarian serving in the House, Rep. Justin Amash who left the Republican Party, as well as five vacant seats (four that were occupied by Republicans and one by a Democrat.) The Cook Political Report and FiveThirtyEight are forecasting that Democrats are likely...

Joe Biden has assured us on multiple occasions that, if he wins, he will be the president of all Americans, even those that didn’t vote for him. This is impossible and is not just another “bright, shining lie” of the sort to which we have become sadly inured. It is an absolute falsehood highlighting a true American tragedy. National reconciliation could never happen under Biden. He would assume office under a cloud of suspicion so dark it’s hard to imagine a manner in which he could recover from it. From the moment he took office, the Democrats accused Donald Trump...

On this date in 1920, 18-year-old Irish Republican Army Section Commander Kevin Barry was hanged in Dublin’s Mountjoy Prison for the murder of English Private Harold Whitehead in an IRA ambush just six weeks prior to the execution. Denying the authority of the British (civilian) court, the young medical student went undefended, insouciantly reading the newspaper in court as the government built its case against him. His was the first execution of the Irish War of Independence, and stoked Irish nationalist sentiment on the island and abroad.

Tensions between the community and police in Illinois have been high since the shooting. The death of another Black person at the hands of police was the latest to prompt outrage following months of protests over racial injustice and police brutality, most recently ignited by the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis in May. A person was shot by police officers this weekend in Dolton. The video that was sent to us by one of our readers today shows another confrontation between a group of police officers and a black male that seems armed. The video starts with the voice...

People in several trucks formed a so-called “Trump Train,” waving flags and honking horns while surrounding the bus as it traveled down Interstate 35, bound from San Antonio to Austin, videos show. Biden campaign officials said afterward that they feared the Trump devotees might run their bus off the road. The FBI is investigating the incident, according to the Texas Tribune.

"Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. For by it the men of old gained approval" (Heb. 11:1-2). Christian faith produces righteous deeds. Hebrews 11 has been called "The Heroes of Faith," "The Faith Chapter," "The Saints' Hall of Fame," "The Honor Roll of the Old Testament Saints," and "The Westminster Abbey of Scripture." Those are appropriate titles because this chapter highlights the virtues of faith as demonstrated in the lives of great Old Testament saints. It also reminds us that without faith, it is impossible to please God. Such a reminder was...

The Bible is clear that in these last days, the church of Jesus Christ faces the wrath of Satan. He is hell-bent on destroying marriages, alienating children, pitting family members against each other with the simple goal of bringing ruin and destruction to every home he possibly can. Jesus referred to this demonic work when he described Satan, saying, “You are of your father the devil … He was a murderer from the beginning” (John 8:44). The tragedies plaguing families today are simply beyond belief. All over the world, the devil is wreaking absolute havoc and he will not stop...

You may have heard the terms “Cultural Marxism,” “Critical Theory” or “Frankfurt School” bandied about. And while you might have an intuitive approximation of what these terms mean for America in the 21st century, there’s a good chance that you don’t know much about the deep theory, where the ideology comes from and what it has planned for America – and the world. The underlying theory here is a variant of Marxism, pioneered by early-20th-century Italian Marxist politician and linguist Antonio Gramsci. Gramscian Marxism is a radical departure from Classical Marxism. One does not need to endorse the Classical Marxism...

An unidentified assailant riding a pedicab ambushed two police officers in New Orleans, opening fire into their police vehicle on Friday night. The shooter hit one cop in the face and the shards of glass from the bullet wounded the other officer. Police Superintendent Shaun Ferugson announced that the assailant opened fire at around 4:30 p.m. in the city’s French Quarter. The suspect hit one officer in the cheek and the bullet lodged in his skull, Fox News reported. “They were just crossing through intersections going in different directions,” Ferguson said. “This is a dark day for our officers.” The...

The Pope really doesn’t like Republicans Ever since Francis started lobbing missiles at doctrinal conservatives, the latter have been asking ‘is the Pope Catholic?’ Last week we learned that Pope Francis has torn up the Catholic Church’s teaching that same-sex civil partnerships are gravely immoral. This week he will be rooting for the pro-abortion candidate in the US presidential election. These two surreal developments are causing distress bordering on spiritual despair to conservative American Catholics. Whether you feel any sympathy for them depends on your point of view. The Pope, it is safe to say, is unlikely to lose any sleep...

The Biden-Bergoglio Reset Will the alliance JFK promised to avoid come to pass? Pope Francis at the White House in 2015 As the party of secularism, the Democrats pride themselves on keeping “religion out of politics.” But they don’t mind if liberal politics seeps into religion. Nor do they mind taking direction from politicized religious figures. Recall the pope’s visit to Congress during the Obama-Biden administration. The Democrats were all ears, as Pope Francis delivered an address touting their favorite left-wing causes, from open borders to climate-change activism. Both men are products of a hopelessly politicized era in the history...

Joe Biden will become "an underdog" if he fails to win Pennsylvania and its 20 electoral votes, FiveThirtyEight founder Nate Silver said on ABC's "This Week" Sunday. Why it matters: Trump won the battleground by less than a point in 2016, as he narrowly swept swing states in the Rust Belt to secure victory in the Electoral College. FiveThirtyEight's average of polls currently shows Biden with a 5% lead in Pennsylvania. What he's saying: Silver told "This Week" that if Trump ends up winning the election, "it would come down to Pennsylvania." "Pennsylvania has not bumped up to a 7-...
