There is never ever been anything that like this in the history of politics before
It’s a very special time in history ; one that will never happen again
Trumps reelection. 1984 redux. Reagan II. Same exact polls and media
Reagan was the first modern television president and he use the media incredibly effectively
He was also very good at being above the situation and the players in the room
I think both he and our great President Trump are World War II era men
they see the worlds major event is being that in the triumph of good over evil. Era of the men of that time , and their bravery ; and taking on the enemy n two theatres.
Both Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump understand the true nature of danger of communism.
Finally neither president is a “warmonger”.
Both felt using the power of the US military to the world as a deterrent
The first major Islamic insurgency bombing attack happened during Reagan’s watch a 1983 in Beirut
Then of course we had trade center one 1993
and then 9/11
We have two enemies as free thinking men - communists and Islamists
Both of these ideologies seek to take control of your life
Of course both men are very pro life
and of course Reagan appointed the tremendous Sandra Day O’Connor the first woman, to the Supreme Court
So I’ll just make my prediction here again - this is 1984
