Federal, state, and local officials launched what they say is the largest anti-human-trafficking operation in state history last week, rescuing 154 victims and arresting 179 men for illegally soliciting sex and other crimes. During Operation Autumn Hope, which involved more than 50 law enforcement agencies and social-service organizations, state and local authorities cracked down on adult sex trafficking in Cuyahoga, Franklin, and Lucas counties, as well as people soliciting sex with children in Franklin and Mahoning counties. The U.S. Marshals Service, meanwhile, focused on saving child sex victims in Southern Ohio. During the operation, 109 human-trafficking survivors – all women...

Back in the late ‘60s and early ‘70s, before being woke was a thing, the quintessential middle-finger expression to those who controlled us was “Up the Establishment’s Arse.†Well not exactly arse (the British slightly more polite word), but you get the drift. The Establishment is a term describing a dominant group or elite that controls a polity. It may comprise a closed social group that selects or attracts its own members, or an entrenched business or political élite. The Obama Establishment embraces all of these. America’s “Establishment†often reflects the values of the sitting two-term U.S. president. Against all...

Riot and protest instigators plan to “make sure Trump leaves the White House” by any means necessary after the Nov. 3 election, according to website posts from the group Shut Down DC and their allies. “[W]e’re making plans to be in the streets before the polls even close, ready to adapt and respond to whatever comes our way,” the group says on its website currently. “Trump has shown that he will stop at nothing to maintain his grip on power. Trump will not leave office without mass mobilization and direct action,” an Oct. 13 version of the same web page...

It has been nearly four years since Hillary Clinton’s crushing election loss and she is still whining. Hillary Clinton told Recode co-founder Kara Swisher during a podcast interview that Donald Trump stole the election from her in 2016.

President Trump on Monday said Sen. Kamala Harris’ frequent bursts of laughter at serious questions suggests “there’s something wrong” with the Democratic vice presidential candidate. Trump mocked Harris’ “60 Minutes” interview, broadcast Sunday, during a campaign rally in Allentown, Pa. “Did you see [Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s] performance on that show? The only thing almost as bad was Kamala, with the laugh. ‘Haha, that’s so funny. Hahaha.’ She kept laughing. I said, ‘Is there something wrong with her, too?'” Trump quipped. “She will not be the first woman president, you can’t let that happen. I said, ‘Is there something...

I've been calling this presidential election the "Michael Dukakis election of 2020" for months now -- all through the summer, when Joe Biden was up by double digits, just like Dukakis. That was before Rudy Giuliani announced he had Hunter Biden's infamous laptop with a treasure trove of emails that appeared to implicate Joe Biden in a massive pay-for-play conspiracy and identify Biden as "the big guy" -- a partner in business with the Chinese Communist Party. That was before Hunter Biden's former business partner Tony Bobulinski announced he can prove Biden had a piece of all the dirty deals....

When Joe Biden made his first trip to Florida in September as the democratic presidential nominee, he made a stop in Miami. One of the high profile names by his social-distanced side was Ricky Martin. “I’ve been supporting Biden forever,” the “Livin’ La Vida Loca” hitmaker says on an upcoming episode of the Variety and iHeart podcast “The Big Ticket.” “I think he is the only option we have and he is great and he has been in politics all his life. This is the moment. We all need to get together and be loud about the course of this...

Baltimore — A Maryland man is being held without bond and has been charged for firing a shotgun as Trump supporters drove by in a pickup truck while he put a Black Lives Matter sign in his yard. CBS Baltimore reports the incident happened Saturday afternoon in Kingsville, Maryland, a semi-rural community about 10 miles northeast of Baltimore. Police have booked resident Douglas Kuhn with multiple charges, including assault. Neal Houk and his son said they honked their horn at Kuhn, their neighbour, from their pickup truck, which has a large Trump sign in the back, as he was putting...

Saw an orange hatted man questioned in a early voting line by a police officer here in Cherokee County Georgia today. They made him turn it inside out but there was no writing on it. They let him keep it and he voted with it on. We figured someone complained. LOL!

Critics of Hillary Clinton celebrate Oct. 26 as a special anniversary. Then-Democratic presidential nominee Clinton sent an infamous tweet on Oct. 26, 2016 with an image of herself as a young girl captioned, “Happy birthday to this future president,” and the four-year anniversary of the message has sent critics to social media to mock the former first lady in what has become a yearly event. Clinton was obviously defeated by President Trump days after her tweet in an Election Day upset that demoralized her supporters and much of the mainstream media. The prediction was widely mocked at the time and...

Documents released in the final weeks of the 2020 presidential race have shed some new light on the business dealings of former Vice President Joe Biden’s son and other relatives, but many questions remain about both the sources of the records and their relevance to Biden’s bid for the presidency. “I have not taken a penny from any foreign source ever in my life,” Biden said during a debate with President Donald Trump last week. Biden’s denials have not stopped Trump from demanding the Justice Department investigate his opponent for unspecified crimes or asserting that Biden is “COMPROMISED” by his...

Guest Piece by America’s History Teacher, Larry Schweikart Confession: I rarely watch conservative, or so-called conservative, news sites. You can get some information that way, but I find it much more instructive to watch the reactions of liberals to the stories of the day. That is an instant indicator of who is winning and losing. For example, if the Washington Post says “Trump must change tone or face loss,” you know that Trump’s tone is deadly effective. Or, if Politico headlines “Some Senator Say McConnell Moving Too Fast on Barrett Nomination,” you know that Yertle is moving at light speed...

This is as of 5:30PM and does not include Miami-Dade or Sarasota. It is very likely the Democrats lead will be well under 300k at the close of business today. It is possible we will be ahead of the early vote by Sunday at this pace which would be incredible. Looking like we could be winning Florida by more than 2 or 3 points if this turnout keeps up. Today was an exceptionally strong turnout day shaving off 50,000 votes off of the Democrat's lead. We are within 300 votes of flipping democrat stronghold Palm Beach red in in person...

A Nevada poll shows President Donald Trump and Joe Biden, the Democrat nominee, virtually tied among likely voters in the state. The poll, conducted by Axios and the software company Tableau between September 24 and October 24, found that if the general election were held today, former Vice President Joe Biden would carry Nevada narrowly. In a head-to-head matchup, Biden only garners the support of 50 percent of likely voters, compared to 49 percent for Trump. Biden’s narrow lead is within the margin of error. When the data is broken down, the closeness of the race becomes more apparent. While...

Has there ever been an election year quite like 2020? Intense polarization divides Americans from coast to coast with regard to furiously defended philosophical, moral, religious, and political convictions. Much attention has been focused on President Donald Trump himself, while some of his most significant achievements have been overlooked. Seemingly innumerable issues, disputes, and disagreements continue to come between friends, families, and foes alike. But far too little time seems to have been spent reflecting on something very positive, hopeful and indisputable: The Trump administration’s remarkable accomplishments regarding international religious freedom. International Religious Freedom Day on Oct. 27 is an...

Opinion A 19-year-old man with a van full of guns and explosives was arrested in North Carolina after he made threats online and contemplated assassinating Joe Biden, according to court documents obtained by The Daily Beast. Court docs say Alexander Treisman left this van at a Kannapolis Fifth Third Bank. In it police discovered a bunch of guns, explosive material and $509K. Investigators later discovered his obsession with mass shootings, terrorism and a post whether to “kill Joe Biden.” Around 11 a.m. on May 28, the Kannapolis Police Department was asked to tow an abandoned van from the parking lot...

According to a paper published by analysts Paul Golding and Charles Yu at Macquarie Financial Services, reported by Barrons, it is unlikely that cruising would resume next month. The company, which has significant financial standing in the Maritime industry, bases its conclusion on a fluid political situation in the United States and increasing levels of Covid infections in the United States and Europe. Cruise Lines Remain Hopeful The report says that cruises will most likely only resume in March, despite what insiders in the industry are projecting. This is against the positive outlook that the CEO’s of Carnival Corporation and...
