A Nevada poll shows President Donald Trump and Joe Biden, the Democrat nominee, virtually tied among likely voters in the state.
The poll, conducted by Axios and the software company Tableau between September 24 and October 24, found that if the general election were held today, former Vice President Joe Biden would carry Nevada narrowly. In a head-to-head matchup, Biden only garners the support of 50 percent of likely voters, compared to 49 percent for Trump.
Biden’s narrow lead is within the margin of error. When the data is broken down, the closeness of the race becomes more apparent. While the former vice president dominates Trump among voters in the 18 to 34 age range, the contest is a tossup with voters in other age groups. Among Nevadans between the ages of 35 and 44, Biden holds a slight lead with 52 percent to Trump’s 48 percent.

Nevada has been blue for awhile now. Having it this close is good, but lets get real, as bad as Philly fraud is, Nevada is just as bad.

There are many scenarios where Nevada’s electoral votes can be critical.
For example, because of the way Nebraska allocates electoral votes, we could lose 1 EV because the Omaha district is very white college-educated and urban. Trump only won it by 2 points in 2016.
That 1 EV is critical if we lose Michigan, and Pennsylvania and win Wisconsin or Minnesota. That results in a 269 tie if we don’t have that 1 EV in Nebraska.
Nevada puts us over the top without worrying about President Pelosi in a hypothetical tied house delegation vote.

Are there as many union people working in those hotels now as there were in 2016? If there are fewer union people working in the hotels because of Covid there will be fewer union people to hand over their ballots to the union bosses.

Good news. I think NV is swinging red this cycle but will it tip over? A lot of election analysts I watch on twitter/youtube don’t think so. Same with NM. I would love if they do go Trump, but I am not counting on it.

Trump will take all states he won in 16 and most if not all states that he lost by less than 5. And don’t be surprised if he takes a few he lost by more than 5 too.
