Iranian despot Ahmadinejad said it back in May but it is obvious that he still believes it. At a joint press conference with the Syrian President, Ahmadinejad boasted that “those who one day called Iran and Syria part of the axis of evil now want to develop relations with Iran and Syria. Circumstances are changing rapidly in our favor,we are on the road to victory." At the very least he is on the road to making President Obama look foolish again. Obama made a proposal to start talks between Iran and the west. The proposal covered many issues but Iranian...

The first 48 seconds are all you need to hear: [VIDEO AT SITE] OBAMA: "They can't stop us." Who is "they?" Seems to me his biggest obstacle in his overreaching bid for a government takeover of health care are members of his own party! This speech is another demonstration of the...

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's office said Saturday that he would veto legislation requiring a third of California's energy to come from renewable sources by 2020, choosing instead to mandate the change through an executive order. The Democratic bills that passed the state Legislature just before the end of the legislative session Friday would have set up the most aggressive renewable energy standards in the nation. But they also sought to limit the amount of energy from sources such as wind, solar and geothermal that could come from out-of-state. Schwarzenegger and some energy producers said the legislation would set...

Republican strategist and former Bush advisor writes an article "Send Joe Wilson Home" and donates $1000 to Joe Wilson's opponent. I have a radar that goes up when I come across something that identifies the source of the GOP's problems - especially the George Bush administration. There was so much potential - squandered. Why did he not pardon Ramos, Campean, Hernandez and Scooty Libby. Full pardons and not the partial pardon when he is walking out the door. Why did he not call the Democrats hand and always seem to wander in the squishy middle? Well in the middle of...

FORT WORTH, Texas -- Democrats and Republicans are divided over what to do about Maplewood Baptist Fellowship. The North Richland Hills, Texas, church has operated as a polling place for more than 15 years but has recently drawn attention for a sign questioning President Barack Obama's citizenship. Pastor Gary Hopkins said he put up the message "Where's the Birth Certificate?" on his church's sign about two months ago. He changed the message in recent weeks. "I put it up to get people to ask questions, just to provoke thoughts and that's pretty much it," Hopkins said. "I do know there...

On Saturday, tens of thousands of protesters thronged to the U.S. Capitol to angrily accuse President Obama of taking the country in the wrong direction. A day later, in the shadow of the Washington Monument, many participants at a much smaller gathering -- the 24th annual Black Family Reunion -- said the level of hostility toward the nation's first African American president had little to do with policy differences over health care or taxes and everything to do with race. "It' s not conducive to the coalitions we need to build in this country," said Vera Hope, 60, of Mount...

President Obama's choice to monitor school safety once boasted that he introduced homosexual advocacy into the school system in Massachusetts by manipulating the message presented to lawmakers. The revelations about Kevin Jennings, who was named assistant deputy secretary for the office of Safe & Drug Free Schools in the U.S. Department of Education, come just as several of Obama's "czars" have come under scrutiny for their actions, opinions and affiliations. Environmental adviser Van Jones resigned last weekend after revelations of his links to communism and his advocacy for the movement that contends the U.S. government conspired to allow or cause...

To mark the 200th anniversary year of the birth of Abraham Lincoln Britain's Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) wants to analyse the mercury-based medicine thought by some to have been responsible for the President's notorious bouts of rage in the decade before the American civil war.But the society first needs to track down some of the legendary Victorian "Blue Mass" concoction and to that end is offering a reward of £200 for information that results in some of it being pinpointed by the end of November.Blue Mass, sometimes known as "Blue Pills", was used widely, often ineffectively, for a range...
