While being held in a cellar outside Berlin, Bernerd Harding took his wings off his uniform and buried them in a corner of the cellar to prevent the Germans from knowing he was the pilot of a plane. A West Michigan mother is angry that a security lapse at her child's school meant that her 1st grader went missing for more than 40 minutes. The incident took place on Thursday at Hughes Elementary in Marshall. The mother says her six-year-old daughter, Hailey, simply walked out of the cafeteria, and then out of the school.
