Today, CanadaFreePress writer JB Williams posted a column discussing the two legally different documents that the Democratic National Committee produced to serve to the several Secretaries of State, in theory, certifying their presidential and vice-presidential candidates. The punchline? The one actually received by the States did not include language specifically referring to constitutional eligibility. Here’s AmericanDaughter.com’s take on the above-referenced article: Barack Obama and Joe Biden were not certified as legally eligible in the affidavits sent to the states by the Democratic National Committee. The tireless research of political writer J.B. Williams has uncovered the discrepancy. His bombshell article appears...

The swine flu vaccine appears to work for adults with just one shot and within 10 days, a major boost to the widespread immunization campaign that officials are planning to protect people against the first influenza pandemic in 41 years, researchers reported. Preliminary data from an Australian study found that a single standard dose could produce an immune response in more than 96 percent of recipients, and U.S. studies indicate that the protection occurs within eight to 10 days, scientists reported. The vaccine also appeared safe. The eagerly awaited findings mark the first results from a flurry of studies that...

Warren Buffett, the renowned investor and the world’s second richest man, told Senate Democrats that wealthy Americans need to pay higher taxes, giving Democrats something to mull as they address healthcare reform and soaring federal deficits. Senate Democrats met with Buffett for more than an hour over lunch Thursday, peppering him with questions about the economy, said lawmakers in attendance. “He said rich people are not paying enough taxes,” said Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.). “It was interesting to see someone who is such an aggressive capitalist, who believes so much in our capitalist system, saying we’ve got the scales way...

Usually it is easy ignore the commentary from that great bastion of cultural insight, known as the gossip Web site Gawker. But every now and then, even Gawker steps over the line. In a Sept. 11 post by Alex Pareene that was allegedly meant to reflect on the passing of eighth anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Pareene launched into a hate-and-expletive-filled anti-President George W. Bush, anti-conservative and anti-Glenn Beck attack in his post. His first assault was on the prior administration. ...more...

NEW YORK — A museum dedicated to the September 11 attacks will display written quotations drawn from "martyrdom" videos made by the hijackers, along with witness testimonials that will be screened to prevent sympathizers from praising the perpetrators, museum officials said on Thursday. Previous attempts to put into context the motivation of the men who used hijacked passenger planes to attack the United States on September 11, 2001, have been met with emotional public opposition, with politicians canceling plans for an "International Freedom Center" in 2005. But the president of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum said photographs of...

The other night, about a half-hour before President Obama gave his speech to a joint session of Congress, I got a piece of mail I'd been expecting. It was not, as I hoped, a check for 80 percent of combined allowable charges by the clinical psychologist and psychiatrist I'd recently begun seeing. Instead, it was a four-page claims reply that concluded with the following: Under this member's coverage, benefits are not available for this type of service when rendered by this type of provider. Therefore, we are unable to provide benefits for these charges. Please refer to your employee benefit...

Does anyone else notice that high speed car chases seem to lead the news when Shep Smith has the hour? What exactly is the point of showing these? Who watches? Because nobody I know is interested. Shep Smith is THE WORST.

In a matter of seconds Wednesday night Joe Wilson went from being pretty safe for reelection to one of the most vulnerable Republican incumbents in the country. Wilson trails Democratic challenger Rob Miller 44-43 in a PPP survey conducted Thursday night and Friday morning. Last year Wilson defeated Miller 54-46. 62% of voters in SC-2 disapprove of Wilson's actions while just 29% think they were ok. By a 48-41 margin Republicans think what he did was fine, but independents are opposed to it by a 66/25 margin and Democrats are 84/10.

Health Negotiators Focus On Illegal Immigrants Events in the Senate Finance Committee continue to appear pivotal WASHINGTON - Health care negotiators in the Senate pressed for a way to ensure that illegal immigrants can't get access to government-funded insurance, a contentious issue now front and center after a Republican congressman's outburst during President Barack Obama's speech. The issue is one of several thorny problems that came up as a small group of negotiators on the Senate Finance Committee met Friday morning. Finance Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., is aiming to finalize legislation on Obama's health overhaul by next week — though...

A man who had long been vocal in his opposition to abortion was shot to death Friday morning while staging an anti-abortion protest outside a Michigan high school, authorities said. The man, James Pouillon, 63, was shot at 7:20 a.m. as he stood outside Owosso High School in Owosso, a city of fewer than 15,000 people 90 miles northwest of Detroit, the authorities said. By Friday afternoon, the police said they had in custody a suspect in the shooting, and in a second fatal shooting nearby, not far from the school. Officials are investigating whether Mr. Pouillon, who had been...

It follows a similar investigation already launched into MI5.The Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) has referred an unidentified case involving alleged complicity in torture to the Attorney General who has in turn referred it on to the Metropolitan Police, the Daily Telegraph can disclose. A government that is constitutionally required to offer each citizen a "useful" job in the farms or industries of the nation. A country whose leadership intercedes to ensure every farmer can sell his product for a good return. A nation that has the power to act against "unfair competition" and monopolies in business. This is not a description of Cuba, communist China or the old USSR. It's the vision of the future of the U.S, as mandated by a radical new "bill of rights" drawn up and pushed by President Obama's newly confirmed regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein. Until now, Sunstein's...

The Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen says the official story of September 11 is “a fiction, and not a very good one”. An area of which Sheen has no little experience, having starred in such films as Scary Movie 3 and Major League II. Sheen, in a move that I’d hate to think will prompt cynics to suggest he’s got a screw loose, has also written a script of an imaginary conversation between himself and Barack Obama. Disappointingly Sheen is yet to confirm that Osama Bin Laden recorded his anti-West videos on the same film set the Americans used to fake...

Researchers at KTH have been able to prove that the fossils of animals and plants are not necessary to generate raw oil and natural gas. This result is extremely radical as it means that it will be much easier to find these energy sources and that they may be located all over the world. “With the help of our research we even know where oil could be found in Sweden!” says Vladimir Kutcherov, Professor at the KTH Department of Energy Technology in Stockholm. Together with two research colleagues, Professor Kutcherov has simulated the process of pressure and heat that occurs...

A Wells Fargo & Co. executive moved into a $12 million Malibu beach house shortly after it was handed back to the bank, the Associated Press reported. Citing accounts by neighbors in exclusive Malibu Colony, AP said Cheronda Guyton — a Los Angeles-based Wells executive responsible for foreclosed commercial properties — used the house for parties and weekends frequently this summer. The home’s previous owners handed the property back to the bank in the spring after losing much of their wealth to fraudster Bernie Madoff. Wells said the bank’s agreement with the owners required them to keep the house off...

As read on “The Rush Limbaugh Show”: So far CNN has only reported on the breaking story on blatant ACORN CORRUPTION from angles that attempt to extricate the government funded “community organizing” enterprise from the extreme crime we caught on videotape. First CNN pushed the false ACORN line that “[t]his film crew tried to pull this sham at other offices and failed.” To set that record straight please check the Washington D.C. tape we dropped today at BigGovernment.com, which is also being aired on your cable news competitor with curiously higher ratings. Now that ACORN lied to you, Jonathan Klein,...
