A question-and-answer session with Imam Abdul Makin in an East London mosque asks why Allah would tell Muslims to kill and rape innocent non-Muslims, including their wives and daughters, according to Islam Watch.
If you're not a Muslim, you are fair game for any kind of assault a Muslim wishes to inflict upon you. That Muslim will not be punished for the assault. If you dare to defend yourself against a Muslim, you can be assured of retribution via capital punishment inflicted at the direction of a Muslim cleric.
Choudary's attitude is main stream Muslim. He is hardly an extremist in the Islamic world.

Residents in shock after car bomb (Denmark)
31.03.08
A car exploded Sunday evening while parked outside a block of flats in the Århus suburb of Åbyhøj, reports DR public broadcaster. The force of the explosion shattered six windows and one of the car doors was flung 15 metres from the car itself.
Police are at a loss as to the motive of the bombing but have issued a warrant for a 25-35-year-old man seen leaving the scene of the crime. Two other cars were set on fire in the city of Århus, but police believe the episodes are unrelated.
OPINION:
The Taliban taking time out to “talk” usually means time out to restock food, weapons, and reinforcements (if history is our guide).

Tamil Tigers free 22 child soldiers
Tuesday, April 01, 2008
COLOMBO: Sri Lankas Tamil Tigers Monday said they had released 22 child soldiers and disputed figures from the United Nations Childrens Fund that the rebels still had hundreds of under-age fighters.
The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) said they were also trying to locate families of 20 children still within their ranks. The guerrillas accused UNICEF, which lists several hundred children in LTTE ranks, of not updating its database. The rebels said another 41 child soldiers remained within their ranks but could not be released because most of them did not have parents or guardians.
Over the last two decades, the Tigers have promised to free children from their rank and file, but they have been accused of failing to take concrete action.

“Thugs attack Birmingham army cadets”
Mar 31 2008 By Tony Collins
ARTICLE SNIPPET: “AN army cadet instructor in Birmingham claims his young charges are being targeted by stone-throwing thugs who are angry at the uniform they wear.
Sgt Billy Mazella of the Army Cadet Force, based in Washwood Heath, claimed they were having to put up with systematic abuse by gangs of local youths, who seemed to target the cadets because of events in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The incidents of stone-throwing, vandalism and verbal abuse have escalated during recent months following the removal of a CCTV camera near their hut in Washwood Heath Road.
They mirror events in Peterborough where personnel from RAF Wittering have been ordered not to wear their uniform in public following months of verbal attacks, believed to be linked to current operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Sgt Mazella, aged 20, who became a cadet eight years ago, said potential recruits were being put off because the thugs targeted open day events attended by the would-be ‘squaddies’ and their parents.
He said: “The cadets and myself regularly get bricks, stones and even fireworks thrown at us as missiles.
“Our vehicles have been damaged and also our parade grounds at times.
“For around six months there was a camera on a lamppost outside the detachment facing towards a block of flats which are always the source of the trouble. But, since the camera has been removed the trouble has progressed and is now really bad.”
The instructor, one of three with the Washwood Heath detachment, said the offenders appeared to be Asian who are aged as young as ten.”

“Jeweller’s anger over burka ploy”
The terrorist being eliminated in Oran province, Saturday, was carrying 8 kg TNT explosives, while targeting blowing up himself on the same day against a state owned company, concordant sources told El Khabar.
Joint security forces have foiled a suicide attack in Oran, while managing countering a terrorist plot targeting spreading suicide attack operations to the western region of the country. The same sources said intelligence services decided conducting a field investigation for a couple of weeks, following seizing a truck with falsified papers and arresting the owners.
Investigations concluded by disclosing that people being arrested are truck drivers transporting goods from Oran to eastern regions of the country and suspected of belonging to the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat.

Convicted Islamist terrorists exploiting growing prison gang culture (U.K.)
4/1/08
Convicted Islamist terrorists are exploiting the growing gang culture in top security jails, fuelling fears that they are trying to radicalise other inmates and foment unrest.
The emerging contacts between terrorists and existing gangs in jails is occurring as the Prison Service is expecting a big increase in the number of terrorists it must look after in the next few years. The growing concern among senior Whitehall officials at the danger of Islamist terrorists seeking to radicalise other prisoners in eight top security jails is disclosed in a Ministry of Justice document.
It reveals that officials are looking at whether more high-security prison accommodation and high-security courts will be needed to cope with the predicted number of terrorists being prosecuted. It also outlines worries within the department over the radicalisation of nonterrorist Muslim prisoners and other offenders in the high-security estate.

Bomb found at Marsh warehouse (Indiana)
April 1, 2008
YORKTOWN -- An explosive device was recovered early today at the Marsh supermarket warehouse as police continue to investigate the bomb's maker.
A warehouse security guard called law enforcement just before midnight reporting that an employee had brought an explosive device to work, according to 911 dispatch supervisor Harold Mason. No one was injured, and the county's bomb squad confiscated the device, according to Delaware County Sheriff's Chief Deputy Phil Clark.
Yorktown police and sheriff's deputies conducted a search of a home at High and Vine streets this morning to search for more explosive devices. There were no immediate arrests.

I’m not sure by reading the article who transported those explosives but this is a general reminder for everyone...if you see what you think is a bomb or unknown type of explosives; don’t pick it up.
Call your local police department and let them deal with it.
It’s surprising how often people will pick up explosives and bring them in to a police department to show and tell.
