In the recording, now obtained by Fox News, the would-be fraudsters can be heard asking Ellison to help them secure more funding, before the conversation then turns to campaign donations. "The only way that we can protect what we have is by inserting ourselves into the political arena. Putting our votes where it needs to be. But most importantly, putting our dollars in the...

An Islamist radical recruited to Somalia from Minneapolis inspired the would-be “Texas Terror” killers, who were gunned down in Garland, Texas Sunday night by a sharp-shooting law enforcement officer before they could carry out their mass-murder plot at an art exhibit sponsored by First Amendment heroine Pamela Geller. It’s just the latest example of how and why Minneapolis—and specifically the congressional district of Muslim Democrat Rep. MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Rows of businesses stood shuttered inside a sprawling complex of Somali businesses on a recent afternoon. Karmel Mall in south Minneapolis contains more than a hundred small businesses in suites offering everything from clothing and food to insurance and accounting services. But many sellers sat alone in their clothing stores, waiting for the occasional customer to walk by. Everyone is afraid of federal immigration agents, business owners said. Sellers and customers, citizens and noncitizens. Some don’t bother opening shop because they aren’t expecting any customers. “It’s been like this for three weeks now,” said Abdi Wahid, who...

Instead, the money lined the pockets of fraudsters, funding luxury cars, lavish homes, and overseas wire transfers. But as new revelations emerge, the spotlight turns to none other than Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, whose personal and professional connections raise serious...

Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Robert F. Kennedy, jr. announced a reversal of a Biden Administration rule that required federal agencies "to pay daycare providers in advance based on child enrollment. We have seen that the key result of the Biden policy was to enable widespread fraud. Our new rule requires that payments only be provided for verified attendance." Gov. Tim Walz (D-Minn) called this change "mistaken. The previous policies enabled penniless Somali refugees to establish highly profitable businesses by submitting the names of prospective attendees.
