More than a quarter of Democrats say it should be against the law to join pro-gun rights organizations such as the National Rifle Association (NRA), according to a Rasmussen poll. Rasmussen Reports, which is known to lean conservative, found that 28 percent of Democrats say affiliating with pro-gun rights organizations such as the NRA should be illegal, compared to 15 percent of Republicans and 10 percent of those unaffiliated with a party. The NRA has more than 5 million members, according to Rasmussen Reports. The poll also found that 32 percent of Democrats favor declaring the NRA a terrorist organization...

NASCAR admits it is shifting its position on guns and the latest proof can be seen via the rejection of an ad that shows a semiautomatic rifle. The NRA tweeted:The NRA-ILA reports the rejected ad was from K-Var, and “included depictions of ‘assault-style rifles/sniper rifles.'â€Â NASCAR’s media sales company told K-Var the racing giant is undergoing a “gradual shift in (its) position on guns.â€K-Var’s blog reported the entire quote from National Event Publications, which is NASCAR’s media sales company: We just heard from NASCAR on a number of gun related ads and unfortunately, due a gradual shift in NASCAR’s position on guns,...

Democrat presidential hopeful Joe Biden renewed his push for an “assault weapons” ban via a Sunday night tweet. Biden wrote: “The deadliest mass shootings all have one thing in common: assault weapons. It’s past time we get these weapons of war off our streets. I’ve banned them before, and I’ll ban them again in the White House.” Although Biden equates commonly owned semiautomatic rifles with “weapons of war,” there really is no comparison between the two.

They're never going to admit that all gun control is aimed at law abiding people. So, I was sort of asked to repeat this as well, so let me repeat this. There's two kinds of law. There's regular law -regular law is where you're out there and they're saying, "Do not drive this fast, or you will be punished for it." Regular law says, "Don't kill people at all, or you will be punished for it." Regular law says don't do these ki -don't steal things, don't hurt people, don't rape people, or you will be punished for it. And...

guns top the Democrats' immediate to-do list. Party leaders say they aim to mark up three gun control bills this week, and are pressing for the Senate's Republican leadership to allow a vote on a landmark gun background check bill that cleared the House earlier this year. Both parties are acknowledging that any significant action depends directly on Trump. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said early this month that he will only bring a gun bill to the floor if it has the president's backing, but Trump has given no clear preference. "The president needs to step up here and...

There was a shooting in Philadelphia every six hours in 2018. Jim MacMillan contends that didn’t have to be. “We know how to stop gun violence,” MacMillan, founder of IBGVR.org, the Initiative for Better Gun Violence Reporting, said Saturday at a conference designed to spread the word on what he and others contend are effective deterrents. Community activists; young people from the inner city; mothers of children killed by guns; and reporters from television, online, and print news outlets gathered to talk about how better to cover gun violence in the city and share commonsense solutions.

A University of California-Los Angeles professor is calling not only for gun control but also “qualifications” to freedom of speech in order to combat mass shootings fueled by racism, a phenomenon he says has only come to light since President Donald Trump’s election. UCLA professor Douglas Kellner states that until just two years ago, “all of the previous shootings were rather divorced from sociopolitical factors,” claiming that while mass shootings occurred in the past, they were the results of “individual crises of young men,” having to do with things such as family life or school trouble, in an interview published...

The University of California, Los Angeles recently published an interview with a professor who claims that mass shootings motivated by racism have only been a problem since Trump’s election. In addition to Trump’s “hate speech,” the professor blames American “gun culture” for the gun violence epidemic. He insists that a solution includes “qualifications” to both the First and Second Amendments, which he says are not “absolute.”

... That’s pretty much what former Democratic Rep. O’Rourke’s campaign is about at this point. He’s seen a revival of his fortunes by jumping in front of the cameras whenever there’s a mass shooting and saying that it’s time to confiscate America’s AR-15s and other so-called “assault weapons” via a mandatory “buyback.” And does he think there’s going to be any trouble getting Mr. and Mrs. America to turn them all in? No, of course not. When he was asked about the logistics of his plan in Manchester, New Hampshire, he said that his mandatory so-called “buyback” plan wouldn’t include...

Friday on MSNBC’s All In, March for Our Lives co-founder David Hogg discussed what he believed was the origin of mass shootings in the United States. Hogg said, “I think it comes down to reckoning with our history and our history of white supremacy in the United States. The fact that we live in a post-genocidal society oftentimes that was orchestrated by the United States government in that if we want to talk about mass shootings, we need to recognize the massive number of indigenous mass shootings that was conducted by the United States government. I think back to the...

Former South Carolina governor and congressman Mark Sanford stated Sunday that he would challenge current President Donald Trump during the Republican primaries for the 2020 presidential election. Nonetheless, I'm willing to compromise. I'm willing to give Democrats a crown jewel of what they've demanded for decades. I want President Donald Trump to call their bluff. Democrats want "universal background checks" on all gun sales. Let's give it to them -- as soon as Democrats agree to federal government-issued photo and fingerprint ID for every voter in America. Now there's a grand bargain. Isn't that an offer too good to refuse? Democrats claim they want to stop gun violence. They claim universal background checks are the answer. So why would they reject this offer? Are they so frightened...

The National Rifle Association gave a historic contribution to Virginia’s statewide elections this week, donating just over $200,000 to House of Delegates Majority Leader Todd Gilbert. The donation is far less than the $2.5 million given by gun control advocates. But both sums show how the issue could be decisive in the November elections for the General Assembly. Become a sponsor? “They may outspend the NRA, but they will never outwork us,” said NRA spokesperson Catherine Mortensen. The NRA is “fully engaged,” in the election “to protect the self defense rights of every law-abiding Virginian,” she said, adding that “big-city financiers” have...

(Video at Source) Hong Kong (CNN) - Protests calling on US President Donald Trump to intervene in the ongoing Hong Kong political standoff escalated rapidly Sunday, with marchers setting fire to a barricade outside a subway station entrance in the city's business district. Earlier in the day, tens of thousands of protesters waving US flags marched on Hong Kong's US Consulate to call for help from the Trump administration in ending a three-month confrontation with the government. The march began in the Chater Garden public park in Central before heading to the consulate as part of the 14th straight weekend...

We saw the presumption of innocence under assault during the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and it is once again under assault with the consideration of so-called “red flag” laws after the mass shootings in Dayton and El Paso. These laws would allow authorities to disarm otherwise law-abiding citizens on the basis that it has been somehow determined that they are an unstable threat to themselves and to society. They might commit a crime. This determination can be made based on reports from vengeful former spouses, ex-girlfriends and boyfriends, former co-workers, hostile neighbors, just about anybody with...

Thursday during an appearance on Huntsville, AL radio’s WVNN, Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) argued that although House Democrats will likely pass a number of gun control bills that will not make it through the U.S. Senate, the long-term strategy was to get at the Second Amendment’s right to bear arms. Brooks told “The Jeff Poor Show” it was an incremental process Democrats are using to erode support for the right to bear arms. “The Democrats, Nancy Pelosi — they believe they have a winning issue here,” Brooks said. “So they’re going to force vote after vote om ultimately repealing the...

We’ve been saying it for literally years, they’re just trying to do it incrementally and starting with the low hanging fruit. It all starts with universal background checks.

Isn’t it ironic that in order to take away guns from non-violent people, violent people must use guns to do so? It’s hard to believe this escapes the minds of far too many people on this earth. Soros and people in the ruling class certainly want all the control in every situation and it’s much easy to enslave an unarmed populace. This is nothing less than an attempt at complete domination over everyone they think is beneath them. According to a report by the Free Beacon, liberal billionaire George Soros’s advocacy organizations are lobbying lawmakers on Capitol Hill to repeal...
