OpenAI CEO Sam Altman is partnering with Jony Ive, the legendary designer behind the iPhone, to create wearable AI devices that can be “fully aware” of a user’s surroundings and life. According to the Wall Street Journal, Altman has directed his team to produce 100 million of these secretive “AI companion” gadgets. The unnamed device, still in development, will be compact—small enough for a pocket or desk—and designed to reduce screen time. Unlike an Apple Watch, it won’t have phone features. The collaboration between Altman and Ive sounds like a Silicon Valley dream, but skepticism remains. After the Humane AI...

Imagine walking into a store in the near future–not with cash, not with a card, but with your eyes. No wallet, no phone. Just your iris. It sounds like science fiction. But it’s happening now, and it’s called Worldcoin. This is no ordinary tech rollout. The project, co-founded by OpenAI/ChatGPT CEO Sam Altman, is expanding rapidly across the world, offering people free cryptocurrency in exchange for one thing: a scan of their eyeball.

A group of investors led by Elon Musk is offering about $97.4 billion to buy the nonprofit behind OpenAI, escalating a dispute with the artificial intelligence company that Musk helped found a decade ago. Musk and his own AI startup, xAI, and a consortium of investment firms want to take control of the ChatGPT maker and revert it to its original charitable mission as a nonprofit research lab, according to Musk's attorney Marc Toberoff. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman quickly rejected the unsolicited bid on Musk's social platform X, saying, “no thank you but we will buy Twitter for $9.74 billion...

"Tesla and X chief Elon Musk, who co-founded OpenAI, said that AGI that is “smarter than the smartest human” will be available in 2025 or by 2026 in an interview with the Norwegian head fund manager Nicolai Tanger last year."

This video contains excerpts of Sam Altman's 9/15/16 interview with Elon Musk. They were the original Co-Chairs of OpenAI. Here, they openly promote the connection of AI and transhumanism (the merging of the human brain/mind with technology, as is being developed by Musk's Neuralink company). Elon Musk himself said that there's a "ten to twenty percent chance AI goes BAD." We are gambling with the future of every man, woman, and child on earth. At the very least, we should ensure that those who are involved in the Stargate Project are ethical and sensible human beings. There is a serious...

I don't know if you know it yet but "reasoning", semi-intelligent (and maybe fully-intelligent) Artificial Intelligence is right around the corner. Sam Altman says OpenAI’s new o3 ‘reasoning’ models begin the ‘next phase’ of AI. Is this AGI? Once this model is successfully "reasoning" it will put nearly every white-collar job at risk of being replaced by an AI. The AI can work 24 hours a day. 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It will do so at a very small cost, and at some point within this decade (with initial models being available in the next year...

In a long and wistful blog post titled ‘Reflections’ Sam Altman, the mercurial CEO of ChatGPT creators OpenAI, has said that he believes we will achieve AGI (artificial general intelligence, also known as superintelligence) "as we have traditionally understood it" in 2025 with the release of the first AI agents joining the workforce. He says: “We are now confident we know how to build AGI as we have traditionally understood it. We believe that, in 2025, we may see the first AI agents “join the workforce” and materially change the output of companies. We continue to believe that iteratively putting...

The World Economic Forum’s (WEF) annual confab in Davos, Switzerland is set to kick off next week, and the program is rife with all of the usual suspects. Our aspiring global rulers are set to have a grand time once more calling for our collective enslavement, which of course is necessary for the “greater good.” The 2024 program is one for the ages. Attendees will watch Pfizer’s Albert Bourla and Open AI’s Sam Altman talk about Artificial Intelligence (AI). They’ll see depopulation advocate Bill “Bugman” Gates advancing the climate hoax. John Kerry will appear on four different stages to discuss...

Earlier this week, we discussed the way that the board of directors at OpenAI attempted to fire CEO Sam Altman and how a revolt at the company led to his reinstatement and the removal of the board. It was a remarkable example of employees overriding the will of the governing board and changing the course of the company’s direction. What wasn’t clear at the time was the reason that the board tried to remove the founding brainchild of ChatGPT in the first place. But now more indications of their reasoning have come to the surface. It wasn’t a case of...

Hundreds of OpenAI staffers are calling for the resignation of the ChatGPT company’s board, and threatening to quit themselves, after a tumultuous weekend that began with the surprise ouster of CEO Sam Altman and ended with Altman being hired by Microsoft. In a letter obtained by CNN, the more than 500 employees accused the OpenAI board of mishandling Altman’s firing, failing to provide sufficient evidence for claims that Altman had not been candid with the board, and “negotiating in bad faith” with the company’s executive leadership.

Look out, Apple (AAPL)! Microsoft (MSFT) is right on your tail and gaining fast. Supercharged by its AI chops, Microsoft's market value is now $2.8 trillion — just 5.7% shy of Apple's at $2.98 trillion. That means Microsoft's share price only needs to hit 400.53 — it's already at 377.80 — to dethrone Apple as the most valuable S&P 500 company. Given Apple's reliance on now-ubiquitous smartphones, it's only a matter of time when it bows out to faster-growing Microsoft, analysts say. "As markets and investors start to wrap up the year, Microsoft seems destined to be the most valuable...

Open AI CEO Sam Altman will attend the secretive Bilderberg Meeting, an annual gathering of over 100 political and corporate leaders from Europe and North America, which has announced AI as a key item on its agenda this year. Altman isn’t the only Big Tech figure in attendance. Other participants include Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, and Google DeepMind head Demis Hassabis. Jen Easterly, director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), will also attend. As noted in a congressional hearing last week, CISA played a key role as a source of government pressure in...

ChatGPT encourages 'gender transitions' and 'emancipation' for 15-year-olds with conservative parents. (LifeSiteNews) — The era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is upon us, and the AI chatbot ChatGPT, released in November 2022, is one of the most-discussed technological developments in decades. AI is advancing so rapidly that many tech experts are calling on the industry to put a moratorium on further development in order to assess where this is heading, including Elon Musk and the “Godfather of AI” Geoffrey Hinton, who recently left Google in order to warn the public about the dangers of AI. If you’re interested in understanding the...
