It was an increasingly damp day (from a few drops of rain escalating to just short of a downpour), but the DEMOCRAT OBSTRUCTION DAY Rally and Press Conference went forth as planned. This Friday is the two-year anniversary of the nomination of Miguel Estrada to the D.C. Court of Appeals by President Bush.Estrada's nomination is being filibustered by Democrats who will not allow the Senate to vote up or down on him.
