Thanks for posting this. I've been trying to find the info on this event ever since I heard Sean Hannity say minutes ago..."Okay all you Freepers..."
I believe that this was the first time I actually heard anyone on Radio or television say "Freeper" but then again, it hasn't been that long a time since I first heard of Free Republic.
Thanks Sean Hannity, and as usual...

I'd gladly listen three hours a day if we had any stations that offer it. All we get is the first hour.

Cool. I've so much work, though. May not be able to go.

Good luck to everyone. You might want to make a lot of copies of this cartoon to hand out and enlarge it for posters!

I tried that. Unfortunately I live in the mountains and PacBell has not offered anything better than 28K Dial-up. My modem is 56, but all I can get is 28. The stream just burps and grunts and gets stuck in some sort of echo mode.
Grrrrr......

Sean Hannity is a two faced two bit phony who claims to stand on the side of morality when it suits his needs for ratings.
Biggest bag of dirt in the media today and not particularly bright.

Hannity does argue more on the ad hominem style rather than listening and expanding on his opponent. I prefer Micheal Medved.
That being said, Biggest bag of dirt in the media today is an exageration to the point of being comical. This guy dump your sister or something?

"Sean Hannity is a two faced two bit phony who claims to stand on the side of morality when it suits his needs for ratings."R-i-i-i-i-g-h-t. Interesting spew. Don't listen. I'll be so glad when this election cycle ends, there is no libertarian president, and the libertarians fail in getting a Rat elected.

Freepers -- What are you doing Friday for lunch?

Not much notice here folks, but Friday is OBSTRUCTION DAY!
What's OBSTRUCTION DAY? It's the two year anniversary of President Bush's first nominations to the federal bench. Although 125 of these judges have been confirmed, we still have 83 to go, with more on the way.
A rally is already scheduled for Washington, DC... that thread is here. But what about where you live?
It's time to get out on Friday, May 9th, and let folks know just how we feel about the filibustering, the name-calling, and the lying. We need to tell Senator Clinton exactly what we think of her Senate floor tirades about Estrada's "missing paper trail." We need to shout from the rooftops that Senator Dick Durbin doesn't know what he is talking about when he equates those who embrace states' rights with "racists." We have to stand up to Senator Chuckie and tell him what we think of his ideological litmus tests!
If you have a local office of a Democratic Senator in your city, please try to make time for this. Grab some friends. Make signs. Show up at your Senator's local office at noon, on Friday, May 9th. Make some noise! Have fun! Then grab a sandwich, because it's lunchtime!
To find your Senator's local office, start here.
For information on Miguel Estrada, click here. For information on Priscilla Owen, click here. For software to make a poster of the imprisoned eagle, as large as you want, with your own printer, go here.
And be sure to take pictures, and post them on the forum! |
