Please see the post by Nick Danger regarding Obstruction Day. It's located here.
This is very short notice, but Senator Dianne Feinstein's offices in our state are in need of a good FReep. If you live near one of them and are able to FReep at noon on 05/09, please contact your local leader and network to express your displeasure in person.
Please use signs that directly address the Democrat Senate obstructionist activities recarding Judicial Nominations by President Bush. Please make sure your signs have Free Republic Network on them. Any press reports will be more likely to credit our organization, if we identify ourselves on the signs.
If you are located in the Los Angeles area and can attend a FReep at the Santa Monica Boulevard address below, please FReep Mail me (using the private reply below) so I'll know who to expect at noon tomorrow.
The addresses of her offices in California are:
Fresno
1130 "O" Street, Suite 2446, Fresno, CA 93721
Los Angeles
11111 Santa Monica Boulevard, Suite 915, Los Angeles, CA 90025
San Diego
750 "B" Street, Suite 1030, San Diego, CA 92101
San Francisco
One Post Street, Suite 2450, San Francisco, CA 94104
Those of you who live in California should call your local Feinstein office. Let her know you don't appreciate her party's refusal to allow Estrada to come to a vote, and their other obstructionist activities. Please be polite but firm that you disagree with the Democrat's tactics. Calling all four California offices and her Washington, D.C. office will increase your impact and the number of calls they document.
(559) 485-7430 Fresno
(310) 914-7300 Los Angeles
(619) 231-9712 San Diego
(415) 393-0707 San Francisco
The Washington, D.C. contact information is:
Senator Dianne Feinstein
331 Hart Senate Office Building
Washington, D.C. 20510

Where on Santa Monica is that?
To: Cinnamon Girl
This is a map that indicates where her office is. From past experience, I've noted MapQuest doesn't always place the star in the
proper location. This is the corner, but I can't tell you which side of the street the
office is located on.
We would rally in front of the office building at 11111 Santa Monica Boulevard.

Um, the odd numbers are on the North and West side of the street. Sometimes confusing in places like Burbank with street grids that were laid out to follow the train tracks on a non north-south alignment, but other than that, a pretty reliable guide.
Why do these things always seem to get scheduled on a workday?
A worthy event, though.

Thanks for the tip on the odd/even numbers. I agree with the work day complaint. We can only do what we can do. See you at the next one.
