Giggles and titters for Hillary in '04. Senator Hillary Clinton made herself available to ABC, CBS and NBC for Sunday interview show appearances and all three networks jumped at the chance and on all three the hosts pressed her about any possibility she’d run for President next year or join the ticket. On the Face the Nation, guest host John Roberts asked the question and moved on. But ABC’s George Stephanopoulos and NBC’s Tim Russert grew excited and repeatedly tried to entice her into the presidential derby, eliciting giggles and laughter from Clinton for their pleading efforts. On This Week,...

WASHINGTON - Sen. Hillary Clinton launched a triple-network attack on President Bush yesterday while at the same time insisting she doesn't want his job. For now. "No, no. I've said no. I've said no, no, no, no," the New York Democrat told NBC's "Meet the Press," when asked if she would accept her party's nomination in 2004. But no matter how many times she said no, the questions kept landing as Clinton made the rounds to ABC and CBS. Clinton and her aides have publicly denied for months that she will make a bid for 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. in 2004...

Hot Springs is a haven for serious movie goers this weekend, as the 12th Annual Documentary Film Festival kicks off. Friday's featured film was titled "Hunting The President," it's based on a book by Joe Conason and Gene Lyons. The film's producer, Harry Thomason, is an Arkansas native. He was on hand, along with the authors, for a question and answer session Friday night. Channel 7's Michelle Rupp reports: Movie goers only saw pieces of the film. Thomason tells me it will be finished by the first of the year and premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. ...

You'll never guess which female admirer is paying attention to Bill Clinton now: his wife. Speaking to a gay-rights group the other night, Sen. Hillary Clinton mooned over her newly buff husband. True, Bubba may not have the six-pack abs of some of the guys who attended the Empire State Pride Agenda dinner at the New York Sheraton. But, after the slimmed-down Bill pledged his support to the group via video, Hillary got up to confirm that "he's been working out. I hope you noticed." Amid laughter, she added, archly, "The next time you see him, tell him I noticed."...

The mini-muffins, chocolate-chip cookies, bottles of water and a carafe of coffee still waited for takers Sunday afternoon, but the line outside The Happy Bookseller was long gone. In a little more than an hour after doors opened at 1 p.m., about 200 people — mostly women in their 40s — coursed through the store, all to pick up Hillary Rodham Clinton’s new book, “Living History.” The $28 purchase also buys a numbered place in line for Clinton’s book-signing between 2:30 and 4 p.m. today. It was fewer than the 500 store owner Andy Graves had estimated last week. “I...

Publisher Simon & Schuster says it's delighted with the success of New York Sen. Hillary Clinton's book "Living History." But 75 Simon & Schuster employees won't be sharing in the celebration. They've been laid off to help defray the costs of Sen. Clinton's whopping $8 million book advance. A company representative tells the New York Post that there's no connection between the layoffs and the former first lady's jackpot. But the New York Press reports that it would take sales of more than 1.5 million copies for S & S to even come close to breaking even. Meanwhile, the...

I just returned from a library in Pasco County, FLorida. My wife dragged me there to pick up several books for her to read on vacation. While she was searching for here Books I decided to search for Ann Coulter's Book "Treason" to check out for myself. The librarian told me that there were 2 copies of Ann's Book and I could sign up to get on a long waiting list. At that point I asked if they had Hillary's Book. She informed me that there were 35 copies there ready to be checked out. At that point, I have...

Hundreds queue for Clinton book by Angelique Chrisafis Friday July 4, 2003The Guardian Eric Hammond, 75, a retired builder from Upminster, was the first in the five-hour queue for Hillary Rodham Clinton's autograph yesterday afternoon. Like many of the 500-strong crowd outside Waterstones in Piccadilly, London, he was there because he thought Senator Clinton would be the first woman president of the US. He also, like several others, dabbled in the old British habit of collecting autographed books and keeping them in a box under the stairs. "A hardback signed by Senator Clinton might be worth £50 - £60 one...

New York Sen. Hillary Clinton sounded less emphatic on Thursday about not running for president in 2004, saying that while she doesn't currently intend to challenge President Bush next year, she can't be more definitive about her plans. In London to promote her memoir "Living History," Mrs. Clinton was asked by BBC "Woman's Hour" host Martha Kearney if her often repeated denials that she had "no intention" of running for the White House truly ruled out a presidential bid "at some future point." Mrs. Clinton responded, "Well, but it is as close as I can come. Because I have no...

missus clinton: BILL CLINTON ISN'T THE ONLY RAPIST I GOT OFF(Tell It Early, . . . Tell It Yourself ) by Mia T, 6.30.03 Diane [Blair] and I regularly met for lunch in the Student Union. We always chose a table by the big windows that looked out toward the Ozark Hills and share [sic] stories and gossip. She and I also spent long hours with Ann at the Henrys' backyard pool. They loved hearing about the cases I handled at the Legal Aid clinic, and I often sought their opinions about some of the attitudes I encountered....

I tried to exercise my free speech at the Hillary book signing in White Marsh, Maryland- and learned that liberals and bookstores are not always the defenders of free speech that they claim they are. I was escorted away by police to crowd cheers(pic inside) and joined my fellow freepers on a public median. I live in the White Marsh area, just north of Baltimore and thought I'd express my feelings about Hillarys new book. I made a simple sign "Lying History", parked my car at "The Avenue At White Marsh" and walked up to the block where everyone was...

WASHINGTON (AP) - Half a century ago a beekeeper's son from New Zealand and a Nepalese guide made the first successful ascent of Mount Everest, the world's tallest peak. The May 29, 1953, anniversary of the climb to the top of the 29,035-foot peak was being marked beginning Tuesday with an exhibition at the National Geographic Society's Explorers Hall. Edmund Hillary, 83, plans to visit the exhibit later in the year. His companion on the climb, Tenzing Norgay, died in 1986. The exhibition shows that since the Hillary expedition Everest has become a popular destination. More than 1,600 climbers have...

NOTE: the survival of our Republic is threatened by two things -- fundamentalist Islamic terrorists and Hillary Rodham Clinton. President Bush is leading the fight against the terrorists. It is up to those of us who know the real Hillary Clinton to lead the fight against her. We must shine the light of truth on this dangerous woman so that all Americans may know the real Hillary.

Why the name Hillary? Did her parents just like that name? Was there an aunt or grandma named Hillary? Not according to Hillary Clinton.

Peter Zhang BrookesNews.Com Thursday 19 June 2003 Seeing as Hillary Clinton's book has decided to mock history in an attempt to clear a path to the White House, I think it behoves us to once again draw attention to the enormous damage her husband wilfully did to America's national security. Several years ago I put forward the view that Clinton's cooperation with Beijing's intelligence operations were so extensive that it could be decided in the interest of saving the presidential office to suppress evidence that might directly incriminate Clinton and some of his associates. I also stated that "the damage...

When your average author has a book party, it goes without saying that invited guests are given a copy of the book gratis. But then, Hillary Clinton isn't your average author. Earlier this week one of Mrs. Clinton's millionaire friends hosted a book party for her best-selling screed "Living History" at his elaborate Maryland mansion. But instead of giving her book away, Mrs. Clinton had cash registers and credit card machines ready to ring up hundreds of new sales. Rep. Peter King, R-NY, who was one of the rare Republicans in attendance, described the scene Thursday night to nationally...

America's number one talk radio host Rush Limbaugh, whose 1993 book "See, I Told You So" holds the record for the best selling nonfiction book in publishing history, is challenging claims by Simon & Schuster that Hillary Clinton's book "Living History" is now the fastest selling nonfiction work ever. "My book printed 2 million original copies, [which was] the first time in nonfiction it had ever been done - it has not been done since," Limbaugh told his listeners on Wednesday. "And those 2 million books sold in eight weeks." He noted that the first printing run for Mrs. Clinton's...
