I urge you to read this story from TheSmokingGun.com, which is a Court TV website. Quote: "December 9th - A confidential investigation by Los Angeles police and child welfare officials concluded earlier this year that allegations Michael Jackson sexually abused a cancer-stricken boy were 'unfounded,' according to an internal government memo obtained by The Smoking Gun. The probe's findings were based, in large part, on interviews with the alleged victim, his two siblings, and the boy's mother." Folks, I've reminded all of you that everyone has a presumption of innocence - and not to fall for this media feeding frenzy...

LOS ANGELES - A comedy club owner who says he introduced Michael Jackson to the cancer-stricken boy he is accused of molesting said Thursday the child is in such poor health that his remaining kidney is failing. Jamie Masada, owner of The Laugh Factory in West Hollywood, said he brought Jackson and the child together about two years ago — soon after doctors gave the boy three weeks to live. He said the boy expressed an interest in meeting Jackson and Masada made "a few phone calls." "The kid is not doing very good," Masada said at a Thanksgiving dinner...

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Michael Jackson has donated to so many charities that the Guinness Book of World Records in 2000 listed him as the world record holder for "most charities supported by a pop star." Now, as the singer faces new allegations of child molestation, charities, schools and even cities that benefited or hoped to benefit from his largesse are reconsidering their affiliation with the "King of Pop." Others say they will distance themselves only if Jackson is convicted of a crime. Despite concerns by sponsors and other groups, the allegations shouldn't hurt Jackson's popularity if he escapes prosecution...

Santa Barbara DA announces they are working "100 new solid leads" in Michael Jackson case. When The Gloved One was arrested last week, cops asked that anyone with additional evidence in "this or other cases involving Mr. Jackson" call them. There have been at least 1000 phone calls. At least 100 are being worked as solid leads. Looks like this case of the cancer kid was the one that broke the dam. Anyone want to guess that their are at least 10 other probable cases.... and this announcement will spur even more calls? Also, supposedly Jackson has real $ troubles...

The latest Michael Jackson controversy perfectly mirrors the shallowness and exploitation at the center of the entertainment business. Jackson now seems to have become the three-dimensional picture of Oscar Wilde's Dorian Gray, the man who looked forever young but kept a picture hidden that recorded his layers of crime and sickness. Jackson's reputation carries the foulings so emblematic of our time, revealing themselves in spiritual pustules. It is a strange tale. Jackson evolves from cute little exploited boy and lead singer in a bubble gum group of brothers all the way to a progressively eccentric and repulsive tabloid favorite. In...

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Actress Elizabeth Taylor said on Sunday that she believes pop star and good friend Michael Jackson is "absolutely innocent" of child molestation charges and will be "vindicated." In a statement, Taylor also criticized the press for behaving "abominably" toward the self-styled King of Pop, who was arrested this week on suspicion of sexually abusing a young boy. "Their whole reaction is that he is guilty. I thought the law was 'innocent until proven guilty.' I know he is innocent and I hope they all eat crow," Taylor said of the press. The veteran actress, who...

This weekend finds Michael Jackson in serious legal peril. He is a man (sic) whose riches and career prove that in America, not even vile weirdos are left behind. Soon the wannabe King of Pop will be forever known as the King of Pedophilia as it appears that he is every bit as guilty as Mumia Abu-Jamal. It is my sincere hope that the singer’s future bizarre interviews will be issued from murderous confines of Pelican Bay penitentiary. Of course, there are those eager to defend him. They say prosecutors were too zealous and that there was no reason for...

Michael Jackson's sick fantasy life as a 45-year-old kid who somehow thinks it's okay to share his bed with preteen boys may finally be nearing an end. The 12-year-old cancer patient at the heart of last week's child molestation accusations is only the latest in a long string of vulneable youngsters who - along with their unsuspecting, uncaring or greedy parents - may have been abused by the Peter Pan wanna-be. The self-styled King of Pop's sister La Toya once said her brother has been abusing children since 1981. "I have slept in bed with many children," Jackson proudly crowed...

BERLIN, Nov 21 (AFP) - Michael Jackson's mother hinted at a racist motive behind the pop icon's arrest on multiple child molestation charges, a German magazine Friday quoted her as telling it. According to the online edition of Bunte magazine, Catherine Jackson told it that there were two interpretations of the law in the United States -- "one for whites and one for blacks." She suggested he had been tricked. "I wonder whether somebody could have set a trap for him and hidden false evidence in his house." But she said he was doing fine and was optimistic. "He's not...

Three Oslo teenagers have been on a secret private visit to pop idol Michael Jackson at his pleasure park Neverland Ranch in California. After police raided Neverland Tuesday morning with a warrant for Jackson's arrest on suspicion of sexually assaulting a young boy worries have run high in Oslo, newspaper VG reports. One of the mothers said she was waiting to hear from her son, and was considering calling Norway's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Two youths were invited along to California by Jackson's Norwegian-Pakistani friend Omer Bhatti, 19. Bhatti, from Oslo's Holmlia district, became a celebrity of sorts after Jackson...

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Michael Jackson (news) and his attorney will "choose their own time and their own place" to surrender to face child molestation allegations, a family attorney said Thursday. A friend said he was going to "fight this tooth and nail." Investigators waited for the singer at Santa Barbara's small airport on Wednesday, along with a throng of media, but he did not appear. Jackson had left Las Vegas in his private jet Wednesday, but his whereabouts were unknown, according to published reports.
